We stayed for a family trip and found the hotel room clean and spacious. Would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay with great prices. Pillows were a little thin but the owners said they just ordered the wrong ones and it would be fixed when they order their next batch. Bathroom was a little worn around the doorframe and ceiling but over all it was clean. Breakfast was great as well we felt very welcomed and look forward staying with them again.

We had a great two night stay in a two bedroom suite with our family. We appreciated how the kitchenette had anything we could need and that there was plenty of space for all of us. Thanks so much!

Very clean and quiet.

We go to the Rod Run twice a year in Pigeon Forge, TN. We like the are suite we stayed in because it is has enough room. The area is convenient to dining and shopping.

Amazing hosts . For a family on a budget you couldn’t ask for more. The hotel was clean and friendly. A block away from the main strip . Breakfast was basic but will get you by .

We were disappointed to find out that this property doesn’t match the pictures online. The hallways were dim and the room lacked basic cleanliness standards (stains on comforter). Hotel feels very outdated and dingy.

Customer Service is outstanding! My husband and I arrived tired after a 10 hour car ride from NJ. The weekend we arrived was Jeep Week and there was a lot of vehicle street noise. The manager kindly understood and accommodated us by moving us to a quieter part of the hotel. I say the entire management team and crew are wonderful! They understand customer service and the importance of satisfying the customer. Definitely not only recommend but will come back again!!

Needs a few updates. The light in the bedroom should be replaced, sockets arent the best. Overall the room was very spacious. Happy with room.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The girls boy issue I personally had was the bed was very hard and the couch needs to be replaced but other than that it was fantastic.

It was very quiet. It was very close to the main street but close enough to walk to it if you wanted to. The rooms were clean. The only thing is that our tub was rusted and we had to take out the stopper because it didn't work. The breakfast bar was pretty good with a variety of breakfast food.

Check in was quick and easy. Good, simple hot and cold breakfast options. Suite was roomy and comfortable.

Dryer didn’t work and had no “out of order” sign, so I had to take clothes to a laundromat to dry. Windows full of cobwebs between panes. Hallway smoke detector chirped for two days and was never fixed.

We had book this trip with the sole purpose of just sitting by the pool and relaxing for the last few days before school started. We have a family of seven so we wanted a large room and a nice pool. After check-in, we discovered that the pool was closed And green with algae. They had no idea when the pool would be fixed. We asked to be switched to another property or do something because our trip was Based upon spending time at the pool. After a little discussion, they did get us permission to go to another hotel to use their pool, but it was a 25 minute drive away. The pool there was very nice and it did meet our needs except for we couldn’t really relax because we have five kids who were riding 25 minutes to swim and get wet and then ride back to the hotel. So it kind of still made for a very chaotic and stressful time, but I am appreciative that they worked it out so we could at least have a pool during the trip. It would have been nice if we were told up front that the pool was messed up before we checked in and paid. We could’ve stayed at the other property and had the vacation we were planning on having to begin with. Since we booked with Expedia the refund process screwed us. So once we paid we were stuck. The room itself was Very well laid out. But The bed had hairs in the sheets and the arms of the furniture were stained brown. They are working on improving the property now, so I’m sure it will be better in the future.

It was a nice place. Breakfast and a nice pool. Room was nice with kitchen. Only issue was when it rained the windows in the living room leaked really bad.

The stay was okay just that the pool wasn't accessible, the workout room wasn't accessible

The suite was very nice clean and cozy. I love the fireplace in the living room. I like the two entrances to the bedroom through the living room and to the bathroom. I had a full kitchen. I would recommend this location to anyone who comes to Pigeon Forge.

It was mostly good. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Beds were clean. Our sheets did not get changed. The bed was just made again. Bath tub wasn’t super clean and the bathroom floor was grimy.

We checked in and got to our room furniture was visibly dirty. The sheets were yellow, not clean. They were human hairs on the bed stains on the bedspreads the room look like it was under construction, but it was never finished. The grass was not mowed outside and worse of all there were people inside inside the hotel that were smoking pot and not a good place for a family or people that want to have a good night sleep

We came and stayed four nights and it was such a nice place to stay. The room was kept tidy with fresh linens daily. The beds were very comfortable and it was nice having the living area separate from the sleeping area. The BIGGEST plus was it was central to get to EVERYTHING easily. Thanks for making our trip so comfortable!

The bedrooms are separate from the living area. Close to Dollywood and the shuttle trolley to get there is at the KOA campground next to the suites. There's also a nice pool area to relax at after spending a day at Dollywood. The hotel needs a little upgrading and more signs to find the elevator, the ice machine and vending machines, but the beds are very comfy. The price is very reasonable and we enjoyed our stay!

I booked this hotel because it’s specifically said it had Tempur-pedic beds, but it was not a Tempur-pedic bed overall the hotel was nice, but I was very disappointed in the bed. I did not sleep well because I was expecting Tempur-pedic.

This property is the cleanest I’ve ever experienced. Breakfast buffet includes scrambled eggs, sausage patties, biscuits and gravy, along with other things! Pool is rather small and crowded but the location to Dollywood can’t be beat!! We had a great time.

We had to book last minute when we had issues at our first hotel. Room was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is not the greatest but it is included. Pool wasn't anything spectacular but the kids enjoyed using it. Loved the kitchenette in the room.
