Most pathetic experience check in experience. I waited for long time at check-in. There was a signed board at front desk that front desk is helping another guest. So kindly wait. After long time, I found note to call dial 0 for urgent service. I dialed 0 & AA Front desk came from his room & was sleeping , not helping anyone. I gave him my name & he could not find my reservation then I gave him confirmation # . That guy was so sleepy & not intend to check me in. I was early check in & guy told me he would charge me double. I said ok. But still making excuse for not check me in. Almost 30-45 mins he took but still no check me in. I was about 12 hrs continue driving & tired. Finally new shift front desk came. Took my ID , check me in in a mi ute & no double charge , just half extra charge for my early check in.

Terrible drug hotel. I will never come back. I feared for my life and didn’t stay long. Women screaming in hallways and people trying to break into other rooms.

Not sure how this place earned 3 stars.
On a very generous day it would be 2 stars.
Dirty, bathroom was moldy and check in person had a bad attitude.
*It was advertised to have a free breakfast, but all it had was coffe and a few breakfast bars and a few packets of oatmeal.

Hallways were dirty.
Children I guess that are living there were screaming and running back and forth for hours in the hallway and I could not sleep. No one did anything when I complained.

Under the mattress for very disgusting. Looked like it hadn’t been changed ever. The shower rod was falling off the wall. The shower head itself was loose.

Service was terrible, staff was even worse. Hotel smelled of mildew and someone burned food in their room so bad the fire department had to come out.

When we arrived, it took over 15 minutes to find the front staff. We were told the room we booked was not available. Were were given a comparable room, but the hidabed was extremely uncomfortable. Everything was in disrepair, including the shower wall containing a gaping crack. And breakfast was a joke! To top off the "interesing" experience, the fire alarm went off in the whole building at midnight and there was absolutely no direction or information coming from the hotel. Management needs to consider training the staff better. Would definitely NOT stay here ever again.

Clerk at reception was very helpful but the hotel is very dirty and musky. Very dark lighting in corridors.
Room was spacious but plugs didn't work and neither did the phone. We dropped some water on the floor and when we wiped it up, we lightened the colour of the floor.
I would not recommend.

Place was dirty, shower had mold. Side of the bed smelt like vomit. Looked like poop on the wall by tge toilet paper. Tgis is only a few things there is more! Just nasty. When we arrived our door was open. I didnt feel safe

We stayed in the property for 1 night. The location is good right of the I95 and had good market nearby. Rooms were ok but bathroom door was broken and getting stuck and impossible to open for kids. Staff was not on front desk a lot of the times and the breakfast was a fluke. They had muffins and coffee. We asked for kitchen utensils and they didn't have most of the things available. It is ok just for staying the night but not really a pleasing experience.

This hotel is only for emergency purposes. In the future I'd pay an extra $30 to $50 for a hotel that's more luxury Brighter Decor with a real Continental Breakfast. There is no room service for guests staying less than 7 days. The hallways are dark and gloomy.

Hotel is not cleaned. We took 3 rooms, all the rooms doesn't had proper cleaning and rest rooms was not cleaned.

Good: walking distance from grocery store and a park
Bad: Outdated. Key card didn't work most of the time. Carpets floor are dirty. Not a smoking free enviroment, of course they advertise the rooms as "smoking free" but once you enter, the lobby and aisles smell of cigarettes and marihuana. The door on the cabinets are falling apart. Bathroom is all stained. No complimentary breakfast, just bagels.
I couldn't find another hotel so I had to stay here.
I also rented a room at their Edison location for family members and they had a worst experience than me.

The overall experience was just ok. The front desk Latina woman was not approachable, got the work done but I did not feel welcomed.
Also, during the nights stay it felt like I got bit. Unfortunately to find a bed bug.

Loved the spacious room, and the kitchenette. We didn't use it because it was only an overnight stay. But definitely it's a place to book for future travels in that area with a longer stay.

I’ve never stayed in an Extended Stay property. The property is definitely travel worn. The rooms are spacious and bed linens were clean. Our room was clean enough.
Justin at the front desk was soooo pleasant and helpful! When we requested to see one of the rooms he obliged. No attitude or anything even offered to keep the rooms if we wanted to search for other accommodations. Thank you sir, we really appreciated that.

I stayed here was bit by bed bugs , illy son blanket while i was filing it had a bed bug on it from the bed we woke up all bit up . 23 weeks pregnant it was the worse experience of my life what was suppose to be a 3 day stay turned into a few hours . It was so sad and they refuse to refund me the other days i did not step foot there even with evidence

They had an issue of short staff of cleaning personnel. I booked two rooms and they only had one room ready when I checked in. They said the other room will be ready later that evening. But when I walked in that room later at 11pm it was not cleaned. The front desk gave me another room so it was luckily resolved. The room itself was spacious, but the furniture was old and damaged.

I’ll keep it short. Great for the price. The room was nothing fancy, but very clean. The staff was excellent and even called the room as courtesy to see if we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

There was a condom under my pillow and small hairs in the bathroom. The shower curtain was installed wrong so water leaked out everywhere, the bedroom curtain had holes in it.

Overall it was a terrible experien. Couldn't even take a shower for the 2 nights. Coffee was supposed to be included in the price it waa not availbe and they dont refill it. I requested a foldable crid thety said they only have one. The guests recive their mail there. I dont recommend it at all.
