Our stay was good, brief. The photos on the booking site are not a direct representation of the actual hotel we stayed at. The photos on the site are from a different location. The check in lobby looks nothing remotely close to the picture. It’s was a small, dark and cramped space. The room was simple, overcrowded with furniture. The staff was friendly, helpful, and kind.

The hotel Cancelled my reservation less 24 hours before our stay due to credit card not being valid. I have never had a hotel run my credit card before we arrive

Was filthy…..charged my credit card for some nonsense…..overall dump

The staff was polite enough, but the entire hotel especially the room had a very strong smell that didn't disappear or lessen the entire trip

Staff was not hospitable. Very dirty lobby and room was even worse. I understand that you get what you pay for, but a little touch up paint and new mirrors would do wonders. Very hard bed and smelly sheets. I will never stay at this establishment again. I would like to add that the staff was not rude, but it looked as if whoever was at the front desk, did not want to be there. Horrible experience!

Very dirty. Everything is dusty and greasy. The hotel building needs to be remodeled and upgraded. It is too expensive for the room in this terrible condition. It was worst place that I ever had stayed. I booked room without reading reviews, because Super 8 i usually ok hotels. I couldn't imagine to get the room in soooo bad condition.

The staff was helpful, although I was double charged for my booking, it was removed when I arrived. There was old furniture stacked up outside the entrance making it difficult to even enter the building and the bedding had cigarette burns the pillows were very uncomfortable, and the furniture in the room was scuffed and scratched, not at all like the photos..

Was not so good. Was not told they were under renovation and parking area and front of building was cluttered with trash and old furniture that was being taken out. 2nd floor hallway floor creaked as you walk down the hall. Tv and other equipment was unpluged in room. Front lobby had bad scent of some incense trying to cover up the musty scent that was all throughout the hotel. Breakfast was a joke with pancakes and cereal and very bad tasting juice. Old carpet in hallway and stairs looked very worn and need of replacement.

Hotel remodeling and limited rooms

The properryl was getting remodeling,i stayed in room 213 kids was jumping on the floor over our head allnight.. Dog 🐕 pooped on the stairway. The indina guy with the long hair is very rude.

Filthy. Left over yogurt in the refrigerator. Bedding had not been cleaned. The floors were sticky and found several bugs. Did not stay.

Any hotel in a dry county should be required to disclose that in its information.

I wish they would say how much for the pet to stay. They should have it before you check in.

The room was filthy. I counted 6 bugs on bathroom floor. 1 on tub. Counter was dirty. Management made us wait 15 minutes to do a shift change before he would check us in. I forgot what room I was in and when I asked him he criticized me about forgetting. A staff member was complaining openly about a customer who was refusing to pay because of the room. I had to wait almost 10 minutes to check out because something failed at the front desk and they had to fix it. Also, the shower hose was leaking onto the ceiling because it was not connected properly. The facility also said it offers breakfast. Its more like a snack. Choice of 2 cereals and milk or a tiny yogurt. I sqw a sign about asking manager to ask customers to join its member program. They failed that too. Nothing was said.

The floors were sticky. The room was muggy even with the air conditioner set low. Staff was nice but probably would not stay here again. Stayed second night because we were already in and unloaded but as far as a stay on a different trip, not likely.

I must say I should expect to get what I paid for, but, I ordered an accessible room and did not get it. The hotel is not clean and looked run down. I had to purchase a chair to be able to shower. There was a minimal breakfast, continental type which was garbage. I will never stay there again. Service workers were great and did their best.

There was a line to check in and the front desk guy was extremely rude. Not just to me, but everyone checking in.

Desk staff were very prompt and helpful as well as very polite. I wish I could say the same about housekeeping. There was food left in the fridge by the previous people and the second day, I came in to my room to see a bag of trash left on the room desk by housekeeping.

The actual room was OK. The hotel itself was very worn down and in need of a remodel, but for the price and location, it served its purpose.
