Ran out of breakfast food. (Bacon) Scrambled egg whites were atrocious . Litter in elevator.

The hotel was older and in need of repairs. Our room had to be cleaned (with some type of special machine) because we found a roach in our room. There was also a dead one in the hallway. If it hadn't been a quick trip & we could've found another room, we would've checked out. Won't stay here again.

I had a quick stay with my children in which I found a razor blade under the mattress that night. When trying to call the front desk no one answered it was about 10pm. The following morning we found a roach in the room...

The pool and hot tub were nasty and usable. The pumps for the hot tub did not work properly and the water was green. Trash on the floor in the room and shower and commode were nasty. Found bugs in my room both alive and dead. Manager refused to come down and look. We immediately checked out even though a refund was not promised. They did refund us eventually. But right when you are ready for bed to have to search for another hotel when you have a doctor's appointment in the morning? Bad experience.

The staff was fine. My room both beds had hair on them, on the outside and inside. The shower had black mold and the carpet was dirty. The ac had some sort of unknown substance on it and the light next to the bed hasn't been clean since it was installed..... I won't stay here again. The type of people that stayed there were inconsiderate to anyone around them. Yelling I'm the ball and slamming doors. Not a good stay.

I was looking for a budget friendly hotel with nice rooms, free breakfast and most importantly, an indoor pool. The rooms are nice and modern, the staff are friendly and the free continental breakfast was very good.

Traveled to Wake Forest to visit family. Had my dog with me and he was treated very well. I only wish hotels like this would drop the $20 pet fee. My dog is cleaner and less trouble than most people. Yet they don't charge extra if I would have had a human with me. The location was the only reason I chose this hotel. There are other hotels in the area that dont charge extra for a pet, but I didn't want to drive an extra 10 min. to reach them

The hallways smelled like marijuana and the rooms were in need of a deep clean. My blinds were broken and overall it was run down.

the room had a pungent order like a dead mouse when you entered the room. Bed frame was never cleaned. old hairs and dust all around the frame. bathroom floor was sticky to walk on.

The room had a strong odor of water damage and cigarette smoke. The toilet seat was broken and made it difficult for my toddler to sit on it. There were water damage marks all over the ceiling and walls. With chipped paint. I ended up needing to just leave early and stay with some family nearby. And while checking out and expressing all these issues the front desk’s response was “okay well that completes your checkout”. I had 2 young children with me and couldn’t justify staying in that room.

The room was decent, clean and the bed comfy. The AC worked very well cause it was hot while I stayed here. They only clean the room and change the sheets and towels every other day which was okay with me. But the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors if they are in the room next door or have the TV sound on loud. Parking was good and the location is near a few eateries and stores gas stations and drugstore too. Reasonable room for reasonable price

The room was nice, but not very sound proof. I could hear several of the other guest talking outside of my room until midnight and slamming doors. The bathroom was nice. The gym definitely needs some improvements the air conditioning did not work so it felt like i was working out in a sauna, the 3 machines were also very noisy while i was using them.

The bedsheets where not changed, there was no soap in the dispensers in the shower, the shower dispensers were not cleaned and were moldy.

Manager was rude disrespectful and racist against me African American male at your location and called the police on me after she was rude to me. Then lied to the officer to me look like I was being rude or wrong action. Tried to get a number to call instead of talking to her she said that no one else to talk to call back Monday. I clearly wanted to speak to manager . She said she was the manager. Call police to say that I was not leave. I’m sure that this is not the action of your hotel to African American police who I’m sure is the majority customer at your hotel . Throw a rock then hide your. Waiting let me know.

Are you staying in this property just for one room only and they did charge me for 2 room.I never use the other one. I use only one, but however they did charge me for two rooms. They never returned the money to me either. be careful

Wonderful location for our 1 night stay. Very quiet and the breakfast was excellent. It was so nice when we came in each time to see people enjoying sitting outside and the families enjoying the pool area with their children.
