Hotel was amazing. Very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was very clean and everything was perfect.

I stayed at the Microtel 3 nights and I will not stay again. My room was musty smelling, the phone was covered in dust, the air conditioning unit had mold on the vents. The hotel itself was warm and once in my floor, there was a musty smell.
I booked one night with Econolodge and it was clean but the air had not been turned on prior to checking in and it took forever to get my room cooled down. I have booked another couple of nights with Econolodge and I will more than likely find somewhere else to stay.

This was the cleanest Econolodge I have ever had the pleasure of staying at! Room was spotless. The staff were attentive and polite. They were professional, prompt, and kept everything to a strict schedule/high standard. It was such a relief to see them test and treat the pool daily from our window. It truly made me comfortable letting my son use the pool. Will definitely stay here again if we ever get to come back to Lake Pointe!

I am super picky about cleanliness, and the room was very clean! Loved the shower, and the flooring. I only wish the beds were bigger. That’s why I gave it 4 stars overall instead of 5.

We were in town for a big sporting event.
While most hotels in the area were either booked or charging hundreds of dollars a night the Econolodge offered very reasonable rates. What was most appealing is that they offered exactly what they advertised and had a full staff to ensure that they provided their guest the best experience. We had a very clean facility/room (housekeeping offered every day of our three night stay), modest breakfast every morning during listed hours. The hotel was quiet at all hours (there were signs posted to make clear expectations and staff addressed any guest not meeting expectations). The pool was clean with very nice furniture for lounging. Location close to the interstate.

The property is very cleaned and well-maintained. Michael at the front desk was extremely helpful during our stay. The rooms were clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. This is a no-frills hotel, however, they take great pride and what they do offer. The pool area was very clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

The free breakfast was a disappointment compared to other Econolodge locations. There was a gallon of milk in a mini fridge that you could pour a glass if you wanted. There was a small assortment of muffins and cereal too - pretty basic and uninspiring. We decided to have breakfast at McDonald’s which negates the value of a free breakfast. The bed was fine and clean but linens and curtains were dated.

No elevator and I put credit card for to hold room then he wants to call me at 11:00 am to demand if I don’t pay with a different card he will not hold my room no elevators had to carry baby up to second floor was very rude on floor so I have canceled the next two weeks stays
