Horrible, the property does not maintain good hygiene of the rooms or common areas, the pool was out of service and they also offer breakfast service, when they only offer you coffee and oatmeal. Extremely expensive for the conditions and service they offer.

The hotel itself seems nice, but the management of the place needs to get their stuff together. While the facility looked to be in good shape, other aspects is less than desirable.
1. Elevator was broken for 2 days. Big issue for people with disabilities!
2. They shouldn't even advertise breakfast. Not sure what they're definition of breakfast means!
3. Staff seems to wish they were working elsewhere! Very rude and nonchalant.
4. TV remote wasn't in the room. Very annoyed front desk staff, reluctantly provided me with a remote and says "hope this works" and surely enough, it DID NOT WORK!
5. Floor is either hard wood or laminate, very sticky!
I wouldn't be going back there.

This was one of the best hotels I have been in in a long time. It's peaceful, and clean and in a great location. I will definitely be staying here again when I need a hotel.

This was clearly a hotel that locals use to go do drugs, party and other things. It smelled like weed everywhere but my room was dirty and still smoky when I walked in. I was too tired and it was too late to go anywhere else so I stayed but it was the worst experience. The elevator broke when I was leaving so I had to carry my bags down heavy flights of stairs, just a nightbare all around.

Corey was a delight and went above and bring to try and make things write. But the condition of the room was so bad it took three rooms. The 1st room was so dirty had garbage bags and beds has no sheets no towels just gross. The second room smelled like paint really bad and we had kids with us. The 3rd room was a queen bed only. The bathroom tub was not clean and I ended up having to by an inflatable matter because we did not fit in one queens bed.

Room 322 was nasty and very dusty on check in the shower was horrible it was stained and the drain was clogged and full of muk, room had cockroaches and the tv base was broken,.
We were told that we could leave our luggage at the hotel for 2 hrs at check out as we had a late flight to be told at check out no also we requested a late check out at 12 and @11am to have an employee (June )bang on my door telling us to leave also the elevator was broken the last 2 days of our stay and I had to carry 4, 50lb suite cases down from the top floor via stairs

The location and surrounding area was excellent, however the hotel it self is outdated, smells like mold, the bathroom tub was disgusting needs to be resurfaced or changed the toilet was not flushing properly not worth the price. Upside the staff was nice and courteous.

Staff was nice and helpful..bed and kitchen appearance was clean, but shower was stained and looked dirty as well as the grout in bathroom floor looked dirty.

The staff were not helpful or friendly. You had to leave an id to just get towels. Hallways smelled really bad and the carpet was very dirty. The surrounding parking had empty food containers and wasted food. Some people were parked sleeping in cars their parking lot. There were cats wondering around on the property. Plant pots were just sitting on the walkways. I will never book this hotel again.

The odor of the carpet in the hallway. No coffee pot in the room. No hangars in the room. A few of the front desk staff were not pleasant. The grounds were not clean. The bathroom door was very noisy. The bathroom tub was not clean.

I actually expected the place to be a little run down, but I was pleasantly surprised. Front desk staff was polite and courteous. Room was clean, just the bathtub needs some a little TLC. Overall the stay was good.

Everything was in walking distance as advertised. Great for shopping while entertaining my kid was also not too difficult as things to do wear also within good driving distance.

Stayed 2/23/24-2/25/24. Should have read reviews beforehand because obviously this hotel has a cleanliness issue: A week before my stay, a verified traveler complained on 2/13/24 about fungus stains in the bathroom; on 4/24/24, a month after my stay, Janet complained about mold in her bathroom shower, something I also experienced. Others complained about musty/cigarette smells — ditto to that as well. Management’s response is always the same: “We take these matters seriously,” which is laughable because these “matters” have occurred before, during, and after my stay.

Nothing was good the clerck tryed to charged my card $250 without my permission luckily my bank caught on and stop the payment.

The day manager was uppity and rude. She has no concept of the term polite and friendly service. She needs to leave her nasty attitude at home.

We only stayed one night so it's hard to give a true rating.
But the hotel was clean. our room was spacious and the staff was friendly. Note for anyone needing hairdryers this hotel doesn't have them. However when I asked the receptionist was kind enough to go searching and found one I could use.

I never stayed in a hotel where room is cleaned every 14 days. Room was not clwan. Floor was not swept.Stale odor. I left a day early.

Everything was good ...... just the bathroom tubs need to be updated and the ac vents needs to be cleaned, as my allergies acted up.
