Next door was blood curdling screaming and beating walls until 3:30, I had to leave by 6am… so that was an expensive 2 hours of sleep.

Super 8's are what they are. Lower price. Lower quality. Only rap I've got on them is that this is the third Super 8 in a row where the soap containers in both the shower and at the sink were empty.

Great front service. When there was an issue the guy at the front desk was very kind and helpful. Decent rooms for the price, though they do need work and some TLC. Was kind of disappointed that during the 4 nights that we were there, nobody came to clean the room.

I go to the college in the city and booked the hotel for my parents for graduation. The hotel is a 4min drive from the college and 2min drive from downtown. The reception and staff are friendly and efficient. The room was spacious and clean and the breakfast was amazing. Overall, we were satisfied and don’t have any negative feedback!

Bath tubs look greasy and please don’t look underneath your bed if your phone falls there.Some reception staff are unnecessarily aggressive and not client friendly. Also, there’s the strange practice of holding your deducted money for incidentals for a good 72 hrs without any plausible logic.

Room was refurbished and clean. If you are over 5’9 you are you standing under the shower. Jill who work night shift was SUPER awesome and such a wonderful person

Had bed bugs. After asking them if they had a bedbug problem prior to making reservation. Which they told me they had no bed bugs. Second night I was staying in the hotel found two crawling towards me and my bed. Went immediately to the manager/ on Duty personnel and showed them the two bed bugs. They moved me to another room. Spoke with the manager the next day and was told that I would get a refund for my rooms and I have not seen that refund yet.

The bed was sank in on one side, the microwave didnt work, the heater didn't work, the heat lamp in the bathroom didnt work (was told someone would come look at it and never did), and hair dryer didnt work.

Instead of asking, clerk took pic of me throwing my trash. I spent two days there. Don’t throw your trash away. Leave your room a mess. That’s was a behind the back act that got caught.

It was unique in that there were skeavers all around and in the property......like an infestation. Sleep was difficult. So much so, that I stayed in a different hotel after the first night. Any review that claims this hotel is alright to stay in should be viewed with extreme skepticism. My advice? Do not stay here.

1. Upon arrival, one of the three rooms was not clean, we had to take another room. The room was different from what we reserved, it only had one bed. We asked about the price, they stated that there were the same price.

The bathroom smelled bad. Very slow shower drain and very bad bathroom sink drain. Seemed to be clogged. The fridge was not clean. Also, there was no separator between freezer and refrigerator and my fruits got frozen while they were on the lower shelf.

Great staff but that’s about it! The room was better but with strong cigarette smoke present although it was non-smoking. Did not have room service for five nights. The waffle mixture was too watery and I did not patronize their breakfast; Bob Evans became the alternative choice.
At the end of the day, I paid for what I earned: 2 STAR status!

The hotel was run down!! The inside hallway had building supplies over it. The outside of the building had cars that had 2 flat tires and the outside trash cans were overflowing!! Will not stay here again! The only good thing was the front desk help the night we checked in.
