Very comfortable junior suite room in quiet area

The hotel is close to the center, very close to the Residenz (palace). There is a bus stop close by but it is also possible to walk from the center in 15 minutes. We had a room with three beds, it was very large and nice with a good view (it was on the 5th floor) and complimentary coffee. It was nicer than expected. Breakfast was very good and worth its price, with some table service and partly buffet.Staff was nice and friendly.

When we checked into the room it was very hot and stuffy. We opened the window and left to explore town. Coming back we had to close the window because of City noise. Immediately the room became hot and stuffy again. I asked the night porter if ventilation could be improved and he told me that the ventilation system would only be blowing hot air at this time. There was no option to move to a cooler room. We spent a miserable night in a hot and stuffy room, too noisy outside to keep the window open. In addition, there was a very noisy party going on all night. In the morning we went to the reception to check out of the Hotel because we did not want to spend a second sleepless night. We pointed out that the room was unbearably hot, without any air circulating. The receptionist told us that we should have known that the Hotel does not have air conditioning when we booked the room. She could not cancel the second night because it was booked through Expedia. When we mentioned the noisy party, the receptionist told us that we should have complained about this during the night, and that other customers already had complained as well. Besides, she said, the party happened in the building next door and was not their responsibility. Despite having a night porter, the Hotel management expects guests to find out where noise comes from and how to end it. Customer service is poor, obviously not a priority in this Hotel.

Location is good. a little difficulty to access the closest parkhouse due to traffic construction..

Even if was under "corona-conditions" the service and breakfast was poor. No aircondition in room only a fan, and when your getting a room just under the roof its pretty hot and and its difficult to get a normal nights sleep.

The rooms are a bit on the small side, but overall a nice place. Parking is paid in a garage down the street but there USA discount with ticket validation

Nothing good to say except maybe for the location is good. Breakfast is about the only positive thing. The room is dirty, gave all 3 of us rashes due to the dust. Beds uncomfortable. Service and check in unfriendly.

About a 12-15 min. walk from Main train station. It is within an easy walk to the center of town and other interests, like restaurants and churches, pedestrian shopping, and other areas of interest. The staff is friendly and available. The room is clean and comfortable. In the heat of late July, they provided a floor fan! It was wonderful! Breakfast was excellent in its selections and quantity. The dining staff is friendly and provides excellent service. Hot dish requests are also available. There is a lift and the WLAN (wi-fi) is strong.

This is the 3 time for me in this hotel. The brecfast is excellente and the hotel is near the city center. Only one bed note: in August at 3 ^ Floor withaut air conditining it's very hot!

It was near old town. Paid car park near by. Staff helfuf with Restaurant suggestions.

Hotel staff were informed and very helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable with the exception of some minor traffic noise. Trams to the city center are nearby as are cafés and other shops. Plenty of off-street parking. Breakfast buffet was very good but dinner buffet could use work...more variety and greater care to avoid overcooked food.

Just a short distance from the Dom in Wuerzburg, and the residence. Breakfast selection was great.

About 4 blks from town center. Parking garage across the street. Very nice enjoyable small German town. Cafe Michael best cafe we ate at in Germany. Good restaurant next to the bridge, 3rd floor has an entrance onto the bridge. At night there are about 500 people that drink beer and wine on the pedestrian only bridge. The outside 2nd and 3rd floor dining areas have an excellent view of the lite-up Castle on a hill across the river as well as the barge traffic on the river.

Good value for money, would stay there again.

Enjoyed stay but was very disappointed in the slow and erratic wifi connection. This wasted a lot of time trying to access emails and websites. Definitely below acceptable for a 3 star hotel with the TOP brand.

nice hotel, helpful staff. good shower (important to us). WiFi available for a cost, parking expensive in garage if you cannot get on the street. can walk to all important places. wurzburg was a little confusing to find your way around. Beautiful city.

Although small, we found this hotel great for the price. Handy to everything. Parking on the street was not a problem. Staff were friendly and breakfast good. How people can complain about the small things is beyond us!!
