Always a pleasant stay and experience at this property

We had a two night stay and attended the Red River Rivalry game. Beautiful hotel, nice friendly staff, breakfast had so many options. The Dart station stops about a block away, which is a great alternative transportation to downtown. Overall great experience— will definitely stay again.

The blaring alarms went off multiple times, including several times before 5am - horrible way to wake up. Also the hallway and room smelled like weed.

The lady in the lobby was super nice and courteous. When I had some questions, she kindly answered all of them with a great attitude.

1. No response from the hotel when messaging or calling the property through the app (even after multiple attempts), for connecting/side-by-side rooms and ground floor rooms.
2. Below average check-in, zero hospitality (no smile, no kind welcoming gesture, etc…)
3. Preferred rooms (side by side / connecting rooms) or ground floor not provided. (Part of my multiple attempts to contact the property). Rooms provided were top floor.
4. We requested extra towels and the front desk instructed us (YES, the customer) to pick up the towels from the ground floor.
5. Both elevators malfunctioned several times which made my parents with medical conditions wait until the elevators were functional. They are unable to walk up and down the stairs.
6. Shower was not working properly.

The hotel had problems processing my credit card due to “system issues” so I had to pay cash for a bottle of water and snacks. After looking at my bank account the hotel actually made two charges for $50 and $1. I’ll talk to the staff in the morning to reverse these charges.

This was our first time staying at a Hyatt. The room was a suite with a small partition, which was nice to have a small divide from our daughter sleeping on the sofa. The room was a good size for the 3 of us. The bed was comfy and the room was clean and cold when we arrived. I love coming into a cold hotel room, especially in this Texas heat and when you've been driving for 2+ hours. I didn't have breakfast but my daughter and husband did and they said it was okay.

Good in general, one of the front desk guys had such a bad attitude that made the experience worst, I think his name was AJ.
Besides him, the manager and other front desk person were very nice and friendly.
The elevators are very old, the gym was in regular conditions.

Definitely not the best choice for the area…pool was pretty disgusting. Elevator was scary so we utilized the stairs our entire stay (jerks suddenly, went to random floors not selected). Very strange.

mediocre stay. Unprofessional employees, front desk etc. I called to ask questions about check-in, whoever I spoke to was uninterested in answering questions. However, the young man who checked me in was polite. Bar tender was unkempt and loud mouthed. Room was clean, thank goodness.

It was a bit Run down, and I had cold water for a shower. Not a great experience overall. Also, it was supposed to have a king bed and two double beds. Attendants, when approached about the water, were unresponsive.

Very run down property. Rooms are dirty, mattresses are hard, half the light bulbs in my room were burnt out, room smelled like fast food.
