Stopped here while on our way east from Chicago. Looked for a pet friendly property and found this to be spacious, comfortable but a bit dated. Fine for our needs. Watch out was we arrived hungry after 9pm and most local kitchens were closed. Found a Primanti Sandwich shop near the mall open until midnight 👍😋

We got there and the staff was not welcoming at all. We had asked about upgrading our room and were told there was no other options and then a woman behind us had no reservations but was offered a suite that was an upgrade from ours booked. The hotel was clean but smelt like smoke pretty bad on the first floor. We were under the impression it was a smoke free facility. The elevator got stuck and attendants had to be called. It wasn’t a horrible experience but wish we had better customer service throughout our stay.

Our first room had no working air conditioning so they put us in a different room. That room smelled funky as soon as we got in but we thought it would fade... it didn't and when we were ready to go to sleep, the kids all said the stink is from the bedding and the pillows. The best description is the smell is a cross between a dirty diaper and vomit. it's stronger in the area outside the bathroom so something must be in that carpet. We kept our shoes on in the room. Breakfast was good, pool was good but water is very cold. Refrigerator in the room wasn't cold enough to store dairy for the baby, it was like at 50 degrees.

Convenient place right off the highway. Parking lot was well lit. Definitely not a hotel that is worth paying over $80. I don't know if construction is going on or is that the esthetic they're going for. My room was in particular with vanity in the bathroom was not finished. A sink and counter top set on top of 2X4. There was only 1 bath towel. Overall, a quick overnight stop wasn't horrible but not a place I would be vacationing.

It was a horrible stay from start to finish! First we get and i already paid for two rooms and then they said they only had me booked for one room so i had to contact someone from the website to fix that. Then the girl said the needed $25 security deposit for eaxh room so i give her my debit card, it changed me the $50 for both rooms. While i was sleeping i woke up and there was one charge for $107 and one for $108 by the time i got up to the room it was one $322 charge and $108. Then the clerk who is the also the so called manager/maintenance guy said that the system changes that automatically but at no time did anyone say that. So now almost $500 is neing tied up in pending charges that will be released in 7-10 days. That was money that i had planned to used for our vacation. Then everytime i left i would get locked out of my room one time i had to wait for over an hour until the so called maintenance/manager came down from his room apparently to jimmy the lock open. The pool was disgusting. The beds felt like i was sleeping on rocks and were filthy dirty. The air in the hotel was non existent. I would definitely not ever stay at any Laquinta again. Even if they gave the room to me for free. Don't waste your money here with them. Run!!!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and good. There were sevral things out of order ice machine, pool heater, elevator was iffy. The trash can provided for doggie bags was overflowing and our bathroom floor had dirt on it (maybe it fell out of the dustpan). It is a nice location and easy to hop on the highway. We would give it another try next time we are in the area.

Swimming pool was filthy, I wouldn't let anyone put a toe in it! The outside doors (side doors, that you are not supposed to be able to enter through the outside) to the hotel were propped open with a rock, completely unsafe

Called ahead for first floor room, said yes, but staff did not make a notes, "No one told me", was desk staffs comment. Two men, one in dreadlocks and one dressed in drag knocked on my door & wke me up at 2:30 am., pool was unbearably cold, like breakfast. No bags in dog atea to pick up stool, staff was anoyed I asked to refill and gave me a few trash bags instead, way too thin and made a mess. Room smelled and had to call staff after check in on my phone because there was no phone, reply was the phone was broken. Felt like i got a prevouly trashed room, and theres more but a watse

The hotel smelled. The first room we were sent to the lock had been cut out of the door. The second room we were sent to we still couldn’t lock the deadbolt. We sent someone to hallway to make sure they couldn’t open the door. The indoor pool was freezing, we were told upon arrival that the pool heater was not working properly. The beds had plywood under each mattress. There were no toiletries (shampoo, soap) provided until I went to request it. The elevator was disgusting and filthy and had a sign that told guests if it didn’t operate due to heat instructions for resetting the elevator and if that didn’t work to call the front desk.

We got to our room and it wasnt cleaned in any way, went told them. No other room was given new sheets and towels to do it myself, they would not even come look, the elevator wouldn’t stay running, the pool wasn’t taken care of and was cold as heck,i had to ask for a discount at least

When me and my family first arrived we walked in to the room and and i noticed what looked like bioburde or ketchup or something on the wall I told the front desk lady and she said that we could move to another room but we were short on time due to a boat ride that we had already booked. I cleaned the wall with spray and a rag when me and my family returned from the ride. The following day my 5 year old daughter wanted to go to the pool and it was very dirty and we could not get in. my daughter was visibly upset and it could be seen on pool video footage as well as a video i have on my phone of the pool. I then tried to visit there"fitness facility " to find two machine's in an empty room. The photos of the rooms are very misleading and I would have never paid 225.00 per night for the room. Im currently trying to get ahold of Wyndham customer service if you could help me with that i would appreciate it. Ive called only to remain on hold. This hotel should be invetgated for false advertisement.

Bugs! Bugs everywhere! In the indoor pool. In the window sill, bathroom, and beds. Absolutely disgusting. We had an emergency and had to rent a room for 1 night, staff told us upon check in they can’t book our room because we are locals. The manager understood our emergency situation and allowed us to stay. I’d say the employees were polite and accommodating, just very dirty and off putting.

The price was reasonable. The lobby carpets were dirty and our room doors didn’t work well. The hotel just needs some updating but was good for one night and the price. The breakfast is always good! The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Black mold and a bath tub that did not drain water in first room… next room smelled highly of marijuana… 3rd room was fine. Got stuck in the elevator twice within our 12 hour stay. Manager Jack stated I had too high of expectations for the hotel I chose. I didn’t think a properly working bathroom that is free of mold was a big request but okay. The department of health needs to investigate this hotel. I am seriously concerned someone is going to get very sick. Manager Jack also said there was no corporate number to escalate our concerns and that there was no one else I could speak with. I cannot begin to express how terrible our experience was at this hotel.

We were checked into a room which seems still under repair, with lots of dusts. It was in front of elevator. The room was dirty. One of the mattress was awful and should have been put into garbage. The sink in the bathroom was leaking. The window and its frame was dirty. The phone in the room looked like taken from garbage can and dirty. We booked for five people and there were only three towels in the room. The pool was also not clean at all. We had to change the room next day. The new room was better but smaller for five people. No trashcan and hairdryer in the room. We would never come back to this hotel.

Stayed for one night, before getting in the bed, we checked the bedding and mattress for bugs (just something we routinely do when staying in hotels to be safe) and the mattress was sooo disgustingly stained. We went down to the front desk to ask for another room, the guy at the desk said “nope sold out” and walked away from us. No type of customer service skills at all. Refused to give us a refund for the stay. He was very rude. We ended up leaving.

the front desk girl had purple hair and multiple lip piercings. not a very professional look. The elevator was out of service and we were on the 3rd floor, nothing was offered; not even an apology. The windows were FILTHY!!!! The furniture in the room was obviously clawed up by a cat. The entire hotel is pet friendly, they offer no rooms that don't allow pets. The bed was very uncomfortable. As we were checking in there was a large breed dog w its owner that pooped a very large pile of poop, The front desk girl had him pick up the poop w a bag but never disinfected the area or cleaned it w anything!!!!!! This chain of these hotels obviously have gone down hill from what they use to be several yrs ago.

Avoid this hotel if you can. It is not grossly neglected, but there are certainly cleaner and better maintained hotels, especially at the price they are charging per night.

Hotel is run-down, not kept up, and it shows, everywhere. I arrived at 5:30 PM, however room was not yet 'ready'(?). I was there for two days, NEVER saw a maid, and neither did my room!
- Window has extensive mold in the window, so much you can't see outside clearly;
- Sink stopper that holds water in the sink was broken. Sink also leaks badly;
- Light/Fan above the shower has dead bugs in it, and fan does not work;
- The parking lot street light shines directly into the room, so brightly you don't need room lights. No drapes installed, just curtains - which don't help much with all that light coming in..

booked two queen beds and ended up with two fulls. Sink kept backing up. The key, lights, and air conditioner took a few minutes to all work. The air conditioner kept turning of in the middle of the night. I was summer so it was very uncomfortable to sleep.

The elevator was not working right. The pool was being worked on so we couldn't swim. Not one smiled once except for the cleaning people. The rooms were clean and nice. The people upstairs were walking in their room back and forth constantly until about 1:00 am.

First of all, the elevator stop working right as i tried getting in. I get to my room and the room smells like cigar.!!! The room next to mine tried opening the middle door constantly. Not to mention the screaming of the lady while they were having sex! The towels were dirty in the bathroom and the sheets were stained. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Not a good place for families!

Very dirty. Limited staff. The free continental breakfast was a joke. Room had limited outlets. Sticky and dirty floors. No A/C in the lobby area. The pictures used on website to depict it are most definitely not of this hotel. By far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.
