This was my favorite hotel in SF but unfortunately has gone downhill. To be in the center of the SF Financial and Business district and not to have adequate WiFi is not acceptable. I was told the owners refuse to update the system. I will not be staying there anymore. I called a front desk clerk to tell them that my friend will be joining me and I had to repeat and spell my name 4 times. In the end the person shut the phone on me ...

What a disappointment. We chose the Omni to spend our anniversary and nothing was done to make our time feel special. The front desk told us they “upgraded us” but we were given the exact room we paid for. There are zero amenities - no body lotion, nothing to make you feel at home - and we spent the same as a room at the Ritz. Should have stayed there but we stupidly believed the reviews. The waiter in Monte’s was incredibly rude and dismissive, and we expected so much more from a hotel of this price point. Don’t waste your money - go to a better hotel.

The hotel is in really great condition, well positioned and walking distance to everything. The area is very clean and homeless free which made me feel safe - highly recommend. Check in was easy. I initially had a one bed room booked but plans have changed and I asked for a two bed room which was easily accommodated. We asked for amenities (slippers) and that was delivered to our room in 5 minutes. The hotel has free coffee and water in the lobby as well in the room, which is so nice if you don't have breakfast or you're a coffee first thing in the morning person. The bar is also really nice and offers food. This is my go to hotel in San Francisco.

Not only was this hotel beautiful, but the staff was so friendly! Gerardo at the bar, the front desk gave us a mini fridge and microwave, the cleaners folded our clothes and put them away!! Bell hop was extremely friendly. We really enjoyed this hotel. The bed was beyond comfortable. Water pressure was so strong and the room was so clean…

We stayed with three other couples. We were pleasantly surprised that all of our rooms were ready when we arrived early afternoon. Staff was fantastic- offering their help and recommendations. We will definitely stay there when in SF.

One of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed at in the US. Most importantly, the staff is exceptional. Every guest is greeted in a welcoming and positive manner. The cleaning staff was very friendly and did a great job. The staff makes this hotel the best!! Very convenient location.

We went to take a shower and there were public hair and or hairs in the shower ! Gross! We were forced to clean it ourselves and got no sort of comp for it…. After we notified staff

The Omni Hotel is in a great location in the San Francisco financial district quite near to the pier (easily within walking distance). The hotel staff is very warm, welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The hotel itself is modern and extremely well-kept. Unfortunately for us, the rooms were not soundproofed. This may not be an issue for others but we could regularly hear our neighbors talking and their poor baby crying. Otherwise, we had a nice stay. I would also like to recognize Adam, Daryl, Justin, and the other lobby attendant (sorry can't quite remember his name but he assisted us with Waymo) for providing outstanding service. The Omni really has an amazing staff all deserving of 5-stars.

Amazing staff and one of the better rooms in a better area of SF downtown. They are very hospitable and make sure they take care of all your needs/asks during your stay. I made couple of requests of having a microwave and mini fridge in my room but wasn't there when I got in, they more than made up for that during the length of my stay. Provided a comped breakfast and a surprise/delicious cheese plate when I got to my room one evening. I have stayed at multiple hotel in this area near my office and Omni has been the best experience so far.
