The small lobby smelled like cigarettes when we came in. The two chairs looked dirty and old. The room smelled when we entered. The carpet felt damp and sticky. There was a bug on my pillow (not a bed bug). The faucet in the shower leaked the whole time. The toilet seat looked dirty. I didn't read any reviews before booking because we were only staying there for one night, after seeing a show at Mohegan. I will always read reviews from now on. We could have driven home, but we knew it would be late and we wouldn't feel like it. Mohegan and other hotels in the area are extremely expensive, so I was looking for cheaper option. Next time we'll either just pay more or go home.

Breakfast was pretty minimal and the shower felt like a coffin standing on end. The finishes have not changed in at least 10 years - but..... it's been the closest place to where we were going.

The room os exactly as pictured. Its not a large room but worked fine for our needs. Some things could use some updating ( toilet seat was old and peeling, shower a bit strange but water pressure was decent) also,there was no full length mirror in room . Also no mattress protecter or pillow protectors, just a mattress topper and pillow cases ( to deter bed bugs, and other bodily fluids) The soap, lotion and shampoo all smelled wonderful! Overall a decent place, some updates would make it better.

The bed and bathroom are clean and smell fresh. Carpets need to be cleaned often. Overall we enjoyed staying at Sleep Inn and suites at Niantic

Zero complaints!! Super quiet! Very clean! Had elevator! We even were asked what floor we wanted!!! Would definitely go back!!!

The property was well maintained; the staff was fine and helpful. The breakfast, though free, could be improved. Limited and same selections each day.

Other than the shower door let the water run onto the bathroom floor, it was a great stay.

Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Easy check in and out. Hotel was very clean. On the negative the need was uncomfortable and the breakfast machines were broken. Can't win them all lol overall it was a nice hotel

I believe the review is a bit unfair due to the hotel’s location in the middle of a large construction project, but I wanted to submit a review that is current. Otherwise, you can’t beat its location that is just a few seconds from the interstate. The Niantic seaside area is about 10 minutes away and is a worthy dining option.

Simple and clean place to stay!

We checked in very late and the night desk clerk was accommodating and friendly and got us checked in quickly. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the breakfast sufficient.

Stuff in fridge, shower and sink.

The room was nice and clean. The breakfast provided was a bit lackluster, but over all, a good experience.

This was our second stay at this hotel and we will be back for a third time for sure. Great rates and close to everything we needed, Breakfast, Lunches and dinners, shopping and the beach.. A+

Perfect for concerts at Mohegan Sun

The stay was Good and comfortable. One night was a bit loud due to a drunk person but they worked good and it last about 20 minutes and after that everything was great. Breakfast was good. Room service was great. And the pool was clean at all the times. Would definitely stay there again

We had to get 2 rooms for our family so we got to see a few different rooms. At first we got 2 smaller rooms (not their fault) and had to change our rooms, but we got to see one room with a made bed, and one without. In the second set of rooms, we noticed one complete set of sheets for the pullout bed, and one without a bottom sheet. There was no showering necessities in one of the rooms, and I think a small bottle of shampoo in the other. There was double(?) size blankets on the king beds. The mismatched lightbulbs in the rooms added to the ambiance. The pluses were It was pretty clean, and the staff is definitely nice, as well as everyone staying there that we bumped into.

I had higher expectations considering the name but there was mold, broken/cracked sink. Nice but over disappointing.

For the price we payed this property was honestly really cute! Okay pool and okay breakfast included for a really affordable price!! Room was clean and bathrooms were nice, and was a really good driving distance to Mohegan Sun! Overall a lot more value than one of the places a bit closer and I’m really satisfied!

Traveling late to Cape Cod I needed a hotel close to 95...and this is the best place...literally hundreds of feet from the ramp to 95 to CC....a Starbucks in front of the hotel.....nice clean rooms....great staff....when I head to CC from Virginia.....and don't feel like driving 12 hours....this is the place....

We’ve stayed at the Sleep Inn Niantic several times over the past 8 years or so. The property is generally clean but looking a bit worn and dated. When we arrived to check in no one was at the desk and we had to wait several minutes until a gentleman rushed in and told us that he’d just been fixing another guest’s TV. There was nothing horrible about our stay but just a number of little things that added up to an overall blah impression of the hotel. Meh

When we checked in, I asked to split our bill on 2 cards. She "did it" then I had 2 charges on my card (one for the FULL amount and the other for a random $46 charge) and my cousin's card was charged her half. We spoke with the evening worker who was unsure as to why there was a $46 on our bill and the numbers that were being shown in the computer did NOT add up to the numbers that were pulled out of our accounts; he was unsure about this and instructed us to speak with the owner who would be in the following day. The following worker, the woman who checked us in was incredibly rude (ignored us and gave us dirty looks), and told us the owner was out (mysteriously, the full charge turned into the half charge, but the $46 remained). Upon checkout, we spoke with the owner and he told us of the "problem" with the way we were checked in and refunded the $46. Such a hassle!!! Also, the breakfast... no protein was offered. It was only waffles, english muffins, muffins, yogurt, and cereal. There was a small pool but no hot tub. Wouldn't stay here again.
