Absolutely loved it, clean, close to everything. Staff was nice, only negative was the breakfast ran out quick and they didn’t replenish because they didn’t have any more. Overall great experience.

Our stay was very nice, relaxing and close to Universal Studios.

Nice hotel close enough to Universal. The included breakfast was bagels, yoghurt and coffee. Other meny options and drinks were available for purchase. Ma’s Italian Kitchen on the other side of the street was excellent for dinner when coming back from Universal. But it was pretty busy so reserving a table is a good idea.

Stayed for a few days and had an amazing stay. The staff is so friendly and nice. The room was spacious, breakfast was nice, and bed was very comfortable. Our room was in the street but we didn’t hear street noise. It’s valet parking but they were very quick to get our car and they had it ready when we checked out. We will stay here again.

The hotel was way nicer than expected and the room was immaculate. Me and my girls had a wonderful time. The pool was clean and quiet. It was so close to our destination as well. Amazing staff as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Valet was great. Room not cleaned after first day. TVs not working due to poor internet. No bedding for pull out sofa. Way too much chlorine in hot tub. Overall good trip.

Great hotel close to hot spots! Everything in the hotel was clean. Continental breakfast was good. We took an Uber to the walk of fame and universal. Everything was within 20min. The place across the street offered an amazing breakfast option !

It is a very nice but older hotel. It is maintained impeccably well but has very limited common area Space. It has a continental breakfast so if you’re looking for anything fancier than that, you’ll need to go elsewhere. And it’s a little pricier than most of the mainstream hotels.

It was a nice hotel and the staff was very friendly and helpful. There were minor things that while annoying it didn’t it take away from the experience. Like the shower door was very squeaky and the fridge didn’t really work. The things that made up for it were, the staff. They were quick with service and very polite. The room was clean and we could get extra things if needed. We would stay there again.

The Decor was unique and nice. Property was clean. Staff was very polite, pleasant and helpful. Paying $40 a night for valet and breakfast that consist of just bagels , yogurt, coffee and fruit. I’ve stayed at “ continental breakfast “ places and had way more options and better food. I expected more since I had to pay.

Well, of course, I love that they let us check in early and let us check out late – that was wonderful… The staff are very attentive and helpful which is also wonderful… I didn't understand an extra fee that was mentioned when I checked in, something to do with Internet and or something, and that bothered me because Expedia is supposed to be telling you the overall cost in advance… But really, everything was wonderful otherwise

I love how close it is to universal but honestly love the hotel itself so much. It’s beautiful and the staff are all so friendly. It’s the only place we stay when we come to universal and always enjoy ourselves.

My room looked like it had been sitting for days. Ants all over the bathroom counter. A spider behind the toliet. Flies in shower. A dead bug under the TV. Dust webs hanging over bed. Makeup stains on pillows. I was told they would deep clean my room when I complained but they never did. The staff was friendly and the location was in a nice area. They charged me $300 when I arrived for no reason. Still waiting for it back.

Excellent property, lovely room in a convenient location. The only negative and the reason for rating it as 4 star rather than 5 was the very limited breakfast included in the price (no fruit juice or cereal).

This was such a lovely hotel. Loved the decor. They upgraded us to a perfect room with a patio and the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept on!

We reserved the superior one bedroom suite for our family of 4 with children age 10-12. Not appropriate. The mattress of the sofa bed is terrible. It is really to sleep 2. Not 4. Plus, there was no sheets, no blankets, no pillows for the sofa bed.

This place is a perfect little paradise away from home. I highly recommend it. When I arrived and checked-in, the young lady was incredibly kind and welcoming! I loved everything about this place. I went for my honeymoon and I can’t wait to go back. It’s 8 minutes away from Universal Studios, which I enjoyed going to.

The hotel was very clean and every member of the staff that we encountered was incredibly helpful & friendly! The breakfast left a lot to be desired (basically just bagels/breads & coffee - no juice, eggs, meats, etc) so I wish we had a better breakfast choice. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

Hotel Amarano Burbank was the perfect place for our stay. The suites, pool and all amenities were just what we were looking for to complete our mini vacation. We will definitely be staying here again when we visit Hollywood and the Burbank area.

Everything was great overall. The bar tender (didn’t get his name but he had two sons) was sooooo sweet and helpful. He was easy to talk to and made amazing drinks. We will be going back to this hotel when we go to Burbank!
