Cleanliness of hotel was good, couple of issues through stay but these were resolved once reported to reception, most staff were freindly. Limited information for dietary requirements at breakfast which caused a few issues.

This hotel is so cozy, walkable to old town Malaga. The breakfast buffet is good enough to start your day. The two girls in front desk are the sweetest person and they try the best to help with any question. I totally recommend this place to visit Malaga.

Very cold rooms with no windows

The rooms were small, looked big in the pictures. First room offered had no other window, the fire exit was not properly designed. Staff was however very friendly. They did not give us heads up for the parking situation around the property.

Top Hotel in the middle of Malaga's old city. Within minutes of everyrhing worth seeing. Room was spacious and more luxurious than we expected. Great stay.

A really nice boutique hotel in Malaga old town. Our room could have been better as its windows opened onto an internal light/air stairwell, so no view unfortunately. As we only stayed for two nights it wasnt so much of a problem, but if you stay be sure and select a room with a city view. Location is an excellent compromise for old town and beach .

Great location. Clean and bright!

I was really excited to stay at this hotel but was very disappointed. The hotel is a great location, but it is on a very noisy street. The layout is very odd. We got off the elevator and then we had to walk down stairs, then walk up another set of stairs. The halls literally smell like rotten garbage...all the time. I dont know if its the market across the street with all the seafood vendors, but it is awful. I upgraded to a superior room and it was very average. The hotel just puts sheets on the beds with no blanket. So your freezing with the AC on and pretty warm with the AC off. The lady at the frint desk looked at us weird when we checked out and mentioned the awful smell, yet the house cleaning people were walking down the halls blasting air freshner. I would definitely not recommend this place.

I was not impressed when on the 20th of June the hotel where hosting a private party in their Reception / Bar area. I asked a member of staff if the residents would be allowed to use the bar? The answer was no, Not impressed !!!

The hotel was located in an excellent part of Malaga. The air conditioner was cool and in tiptop shape. Breakfast was just ok but not too fresh. Front desk help was excellent.

Ease of having taxi right to the door . Such a selection of options for eating close by . All staff very helpful and friendly . Will stay again

The staying was very good. The room was clean, the staff was helpful and kind. The location was good, near to everything; to the train staion, buses and shopping. Recommend highly!

Very friendly service and a wonderful breakfast buffet. The room, however it was poorly ventilated. If we kept the window open, we would hear the dripping of the air-conditioning out in the courtyard, and with the window closed there was absolutely no ventilation.

Good location to stores, bakery and main street. Friendly staff at front desk. Central market was great place to see the local foods.

Had a great stay. Hotel was located close enough to the sights of old town that it was only a 5 minute walk away, but just far enough there were no issues with noise. Easy access to transit and food near by. AC was great, even for those of us used to American ice box temperatures!

We do not think this hotel can be considered a boutique hotel. Not really small, sophisticated or fashionable!

Air conditioning was not on when we were there. Room was quite hot

We stayed for one week and was upgraded to the apartment next block. It was very spacious, 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths and a kitchen. The windows are a bit thin but didn't bother us.

Excellent location across from the market and steps from old town and Soho. Windows are thick for sound proofing and open up. Beds are perfectly firm. Not much storage. Only noise comes from guests allowing doors to slam closed behind them. Earplugs are your friend in all boutique hotels in Europe. Don’t be alarmed by weird warren of mazes leading to the room. Staff are warm and friendly.
