Discovered the shower faucet did not work and we was not offered any kind of discount !
The only offer was to take a shower in another room

horrible experience , i ordered a Pizza from a near by venue, left some inside the box , and about 45 mins later, i saw about 5-8 Roaches inside the pizza box.
After that , i did ask for a room change, the reception guy , who was a terrible aid, bad humor , he send me to another floor , and told me , "I can´t assure that this new room does not have bugs or roaches".
At my new room, guess what ! also a couple of baby roaches moving over the bed.
By far the worst Holiday Inn i´ve ever stayed.

After a day of traveling, I came here to finally rest. My reservation was cancelled, I didn’t need that to end my day. The reservation desk helped me and got me a room. When I got to my room, it was so clean and comfortable and I will definitely be staying here again.

My stay was comfortable. Checkin took a while because here was only 1 front desk agent. I only stayed 1 night, therefore, i didnt use the amenities. I didnt have any issues until I forgot something. I called several times and still haven't retrieved my item.

Very disappointed with our stay here. The hotel overall had a very musty smell. Everything appeared clean but upon closer inspection was absolutely not. I walked around the room barefoot after taking a shower (with dry feet) and my feet were completely black within minutes. Our shower glass door was broken and to get in/out of the shower was a weightlifting nightmare. Our toilet barely flushed and almost overflowed with even the smallest amount of urine.

Well everything seemed very nice and clean. The gentleman that was there to check us in was very friendly and polite, very professional. Upon entering our room, very nice and clean. The temp was nice and we could see the pool from our window. Although we didn't use the pool, it would have been nice for a dip, but not very big. There is a complimentary breakfast, which i missed out on because i just wanted to sleep in. Pretty quiet, however someone was smoking something they shouldn't have been, you could smell it when stepping into the hallway. Security/staff should be walking the through the floors. Check out was at 11 am, so no rush, but express checkout we just dropped the room keys in a return box at the check-in counter. All in all, it was a nice overnight stay and not far from the port to catch our cruise. We would stay there again.

The hotel was very conveniently located and the rooms were ok. The check-in staff was pretty friendly but was unable to provide asny extra pillows when asked. Our room was not clean. There were cobwebs on our lamp and blood on the bathroom wall. The biggest flaw was breakfast. Hotels.com says breakfast ends at 10. The check-in staff said 10. There was a sign on the breakfast area that said 9:30. We got to breakfast at exactly 9:05. The pancake machine was out, biscuits were out, most bread was out, bascon was out, orange juice was out, and when I asked if more was being put out I was told "no thats it for everyone. " 20 minutes before it was even supposed to end. Then the lady just walked away. We booked this hotel because usually Holiday Inn is great when it comes to breakfast.

Very clean. Great location. Across the street from fast food and restaurants. The shuttle came as soon as we called at 230am. Had me checked in quickly. Happy with our choice. Would stay here again.

The room was big and clean. The front desk workers were rude and unhelpful. They seemed perturbed to have to be working at all. Breakfast was good but way too crowded. We couldn’t even sit. The pool and gym are both great! Perfect for one night before a cruise.

The wait time to check in was well over an hour with only one lady checking people in which cause a long line in the lobby and people all over the place trying to check in! Not enough rooms cleaned in time and just overall poor service from staff. Definitely will not be stay at this hotel ever again in my life.

Was the Terry the front desk guy the day we checked in. We had a hotel prior to our cruise that was nice and was great but 3x the cost so we came here for the shuttle to the airport and i truly wish we were here for before tge cruise. Terry went above and beyond. He let us with my 7yr old grandson use the pool before we coukd check in and let us check out late and then use the pool till we could go to the airport.we would have been at the airport 7 hours if it wasnt for him and this hotel! We travel a bit and by far we have never had a hotel be so accomidating and the other staff was super nice and the cleaning staff as well. Even the stores near by were nice. Terry put the cherry on our vacation. Thank you so much

After a very long and delayed travel day, we arrived at midnight only to find our room had been changed. It was reserved for 2 beds since there were 3 of us, and when we arrived there was 1 bed. They offered a roll away that was not even set up with a dirty mattress and pile of linens that had to be made up. I was told it was the hotels error and they apologized, but couldn't offer the correct room since they overbooked. No one came up to help with the roll away until more than an hour later (after 1am) and by then my child was asleep and woke up, and the other guest had slept on the chair

We would stay at this hotel again. The lobby and room were clean, and the shower was strong. The room amenities were great. We all loved the wide variety of hot and cold foods available for breakfast. Also, the receptionists were polite and pleasant. Just a couple of things that can be improved on for the future: the long wait for the hotel shuttle (took over 1 hour to be picked up from the airport) and only 1 working elevator. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.
