Our room had a musty odor. We believe it's from the hot tub.
The hot tub was nice and clean though.
And the bathroom was very clean and well stocked.
The bedroom was clean and comfortable , beside the musty smell when you first walk in.
The staff was friendly and helpful except for one gentleman at the desk. ( Morning shift on Saturday November 16th . Did not look at his name tag. That's on me though. )
We were woken up by a God awful noise in the wall between the bedroom and bathroom you could hear it out in the hallway in our end
of the hotel. We were on the first floor and our neighbor had the same problem with the noise. We went to front desk and all the gentleman kept saying is they're working on the roof . This had nothing to do with the roof. You couldn't hear the noise on the third floor our friend said. And he kept making excuses about maintenance will come check , he would not come to the room to hear it. And we never saw maintenance. We had to leave for the day because it was so loud. When we came back it had stopped thank God.
We did kill 2 baby roaches in the bedroom. Came out of the cabinet the mini fridge is in.

Everything was almost fine except the wifi which was very weak and dropped most of the time, and the fact that the breakfast menu was the same every morning.

This is our go to hotel whenever we stay in The Villages area. We have never had a bad stay there and we stay 3 to 4 times a year. Most of the front desk staff knows us when we walk in and Gretchen in the breakfast service greets us with a hug and hello every time we are there.

Our toilet wouldn’t flush right off the bat. They offered us a plunger. We fixed it. They haven’t released the 150.00 dollar hold on our room yet. Super frustrating… Everyone at the front desk was so kind!

We stay here every time we come to lady lake which is 3 to 4 times a year. Always a great stay, friendly staff. Always love to see Gretchen at breakfast, she greets us with a hug and ask about our grandson if he isn’t with us.

The room was very nice and clean the staff was very friendly and helpful the breakfast was very good and the lady who worked the food line was the most pleasant person would definitely stay here again

This is our hotel of choice when in the villages. We stay in the area 2 to 3 times a year.

Hotel is showing its age. Lots of wear and tear. We have stayed here previously and it doesn’t seem like maintenance is being kept up.

Clean rooms, friendly people working there, large variety of breakfast items, pool area had a handicap chair for use if needed. Small open market area in lobby to purchase snacks and drinks. Hairdryer, microwave, mini fridge in room. We would definitely stay there again. No complaints at all.

body came by to give new towels or take the used towels out. neither was the beds dealt with.

This was a great choice!! The room was spacious and the hotel in general, bright and clean. The breakfast had a fantastic variety and was kept hot and replenished. Appreciated the full length mirror and reading lights. B.est of all was the friendly and helpful staff

Initially, we were assigned room in the first floor. When we walked in- sink was filled with water and the faucet was somehow left opened. Actually, the water draining so slowly. Toilet was also slow to flush. The room has a bad smell, it just didn't give us a nice and clean feel so I went to the desk to complain. Dennis who was at the desk was so accommodating. He moved us to another room which we can tell just from walking in- it's a much better room- clean.
Unfortunately, reading light not working. Hair dryer not working but its a good thing that the front desk changed it.
Only thing is that this hotel is very convenient to where we want to go but I don't think we will be back again. They need to do some renovation.
Free breakfast is serve and they have good choices.

Check in was easy. Man at the desk was very nice. It was close by to shopping and restaurants and a square that had nightly music and dancing. Hotel was quiet and clean. It had a nice area in the room for suitcases and a small couch and chair for relaxing. The room was clean and spacious and a great value for the price.

The staff at the front desk were very pleasant and helpful, people working in breakfast room were helpful and even the cleaning staff were so friendly in wishing us a good day and having safe travels. Staff there are the very best!!!!!!
Lighting in bathroom could be better but room was very comfortable and clean. Very quiet hotel. We were very satisfied with our stay. Will always recommend to others.
