Stay was good however we did not have any body wash in our shower. It was so late and they had several teams there for tournaments it was not worth trying to get someone to fill it. Nonetheless the room was very nice and everything else was good.

Showed up as a late arrival. Called ahead to let them know our arrival time and how it would be late. No one working counter and stood there for 10 minutes waiting for someone to help me. When they showed up they had no clue what to do and explained it was first week on job. First computer froze up….went to second computer where they still couldn’t find my reservation. When they finally did they put us in a room that we found out in the morning was a room they were planning to renovate and asked if we had any problems. Since all we did is sleep who knows what was not working. Overall not a great experience!

The front desk clerk was incredibly nice. The room was in very bad shape…carpet was so dirty that I didn’t want to take my shoes off.i would not even put my little dogs bed on the ground. Bed and linens and bathroom was clean. Would not stay again.

Front desk guy was great the breakfast was good what was there a very large family got there before my they tour up breakfast. The only thing was my reservation said check out was noon and when I called I double check I was told no it was a 11 I would have preferred to stay till noon . But other wise nose place.

I didn't like how the hallways were dirty and not vacuumed. The plyboard in the rooms and wall sidings were tore up. The elevator has spilled soda or something because the floors sticky. The breakfast had limited items. When I told the front desk they just shrugged their shoulders and said sorry. Definitely not worth the $160 that we paid.

Very nice property and the night time check in gal was very friendly and helpful. I was traveling with my dog and the pet rate was very affordable! Highly recommend!

Everything was clean. Wrong breakfast times were given at check in so we didn’t get to eat. Pool was also closed. Nice that we got to usexthe hotel pool next door, but the water wasn't clear and it was super crowded.

My son and I were there for a very short time. The hotel was nice. Only downside was the pool was closed which I was unaware of when I booked the room. There was no mention of that on the website. But we were able to use The StayBridge pool which was a short walk away. Front desk staff was courteous.

The shower water was almost impossible to regulate, the bedroom curtain curtains wouldn't close all the way, the thermostat on the all was almost impossible to figure out did not function like most other thermostats.
Worst all no microwave in our room. my wife was very unhappy about this place and there was no black coffee with caffine pods in our room. I have stayed recently at other Holiday inn express in other states and they bare fine but this one in Ofallon seems to be lacking in so many areas. they need to fix this. our room was like a motel 6 if that we didnt expect that. you wanted a review and I have told you the truth.

We arrived and our room wasn’t ready yet so we had to wait almost 2 more hours for our room to be done. The staff was horrible! Kept trying to say we were getting noise complaints when we weren’t even being loud and was just watching tv. You could hear other guest running down the halls and being loud and nothing was ever said to them. Won’t ever stay here again!!

After I booked I decided to read the reviews some good some bad but I had a friend stay here previously who said it was good but the rooms and hallways needed updating. But I had already booked. I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms weren’t bad the AC did work as well as the fridge. No it didn’t have usb plugs in the lights but not an issue for me Apple phones no longer use usb plugs. So my overall review would be a good review
