The only thing that was not clean was the floors there were greasy! The beds were so so wish they were a little more comfortable.

We really like this chain hotel ever since we lived in ONE Playa Del Carmen during our Cancun trip last year. So when we planned Mexico City and surrounding area this year, we all booked ONE hotels wherever we can find one. It never disappoints. For seven consecutive days, we stayed three nights in Mexico City, one night in Queretaro, one night in Silao, one night in Guadalajara, and two nights in Puerto Vallarta. We like them all. Delicious free breakfast. Very comfortable and clean, with very reasonable price. We will definitely choose ONE chain hotel when we visit Mexico again!

We asked for to double beds and they were for one person. We were tight and uncomfortable. There's no enough ventilation in the room.

Dos veces me cambiaron de habitación, primero porque no servía la chapa de mi habitación y después porque el baño tiraba agua, pero la última habitación fue más cómoda. El personal en general amable

The rooms were very very very basic. No alarm clock

Very simple, not many amenities, just basics. No coffee pot, no service, just vending machines. It served its purpose for just sleeping as I was at a conference most of the day. Nice staff.

At first sight, it seemed short staffed, when we arrived, long queue to get a room, when we finally get the receptionist to give us one, they gave us a taken one already, the cleanliness was poor, and we were not able to have breakfast at the following day due lack of capacity.

Elevator we're not working properly, room could/should improve cleaning process... dust was evident

Very nice and tiny room. Clean and convenient. The breakfast was very nice too. Fresh fruits, chilaquiles and delicious donuts.

Drain in sink did not work. Air conditioning did not work. Room is TINY and the bathroom has no vent/extractor, so after a shower the whole room fills with the steam and humidity from the shower and of course you CAN NOT open the windows to ventilate at all. Veneer is peeling off the desk and the window shade had more holes in it than actual shade that was in tact.

Room was really small. Beds were also small and I think for the overall quality room was overpriced

The reception people were very nice, but when we saw the room we knew we had made a mistake. It was tiny, the hairdryer had been removed, there was no closet (only a metal bar behind a small wooden division). The TV was placed high up, so it was also uncomfortable and there was nowhere to put anything, a tiny uncomfortable bathroom, no bottles of water, etc. Clean but really uncomfortable. We had already paid, but we still moved hotels that same day (we were staying five nights and there was no way we would be able to rest in that tiny room).

Towels were very old and overall appearance of walls, bed and floor not nice and old. The room where I stayed had it’s window facing the highway. IMPOSIBLE TO SLEEP BECAUSE OF THE NOISE. The windows are not sealed

It was a great experience to have all the comfort and kindness from the personal up there, they helped me in anything I asked for and gave all the solutions that I needed, I recommend it as the best.

Good breakfast buffet, staff is excellent , room is small but very clean and modern, bed was comfortable. Taxis at the hotel are twice as expensive as those on the street. Next time take street taxis, it’s a safe city to be in

The elevator did not work and we did climb up from the 4th floor despite the cold and wind, I requested an extra pillow and was told that they did not have it. The worst hotel I have ever been to. Also the breakfast was simple. El elevador no funcionaba y nos hicieron bajar subir desde el 4° piso apesar del frio y el viento, solicité una almohada extra y me dijeron que no tenian. el peor hotel en el que he estado. ademas el desayuno fue de lo mas simple.

This ONE Hotel is very near from main attractions on the west side of Querétaro. Very accesible and clean. Hotel staff were always handy and helpful. The hotel room was kind of small, but the layout was efficient. The bathroom had all the necessary facilities. Breakfast included in the price was buffet and very good. Check-in and check out were very quick.

Its a nice hotel, for business stuff is the correct one.

This hotel is very basic -bed-bathroom-, just offer 2 twins or Queen -sure??- if you are traveing and just need where to sleep maybe you will be happy. Also it is very noisy, and maybe is because the open space in the windows -2 inches- I don't know the intention of that opening but you hear all the noise of the street.

The Good: - Very clean and modern, - Staff were flexible with regard to arranging a late check out, also friendly and helpful in discussing local travel requirements, - The room was attractive and functional, kind of reminded me of IKEA furniture. The Not As Good - If there's one constant of urban areas of Mexico, it's traffic noise. This hotel fronts on Hwy 57 so the traffic noise is there 24/7. This is not unusual as most larger hotels front on major arteries. In alot of hotels this is not a problem as you will find a room A/C unit that will generate enough white noise to allow you to sleep. This hotel appears to have some type of central air and it's extremely quiet, which means the traffic noise is noticable. Having encountered this before in Mexico, I had my foam earplugs with me and so was able to have a really good sleep, but without the earplugs I might have had to ask to be moved to a room in the back of the hotel instead of the front. - No stand in the room to put my suitcase on.
