It's a nice hotel connected to Thermalbad Zurzach and with a nice little park. Restaurant serves wide variety of food for breakfast and delicious dishes for dinner. The staff are very friendly and welcoming throughout the hotel

Public areas are in need of update and renovation

as always, we had such a fantastic time in Parkhotel with the family of 5. the room is spacious, the view is great, the food is perfect! the children always having great time in spa and the hotel. thanks a lot for your care…we will be back soon again!

Staff were very friendly and spoke English & French very well. Julia in the restaurant was exceptional.

The blankets were a bit small and no climate control made sleeping a challenge.

Extraordinary kindness of all people working. Beautiful peaceful rooms. So clean! Calm and inviting. Wonderful fresh food with white tablecloths and fresh flowers at breakfast. A saltpool swimming pool in the hotel which was as good as the thermal pool. Great piano player every evening.

I used to live in this hotel a few times around 10 years ago. Just had chance to bring my family here. This hotel has access to a fantastic hot spring for free, it provides refreshment fruit juice and apple by the gate for everyone, and it looks nice and clean in our Suite with balcony. It also provided delicious thanks cookie while check-out. Really enjoyed it!

Underground signposts to reach thermal baths from hotel should be improved. With a few simple coloured arrows on the floor il would be much easier.

The hotel offers a very nice and well-stocked breakfast buffet. The hotel is a good choice if you wish to visit the thermal baths next door.

The bed could have been a bit more comfortable. I think the hotel could make accessing the internet easier. I was also told upon arrival (3:30 pm) that the restaurant was fully booked out for dinner. I wasn't devastated but it was kind of surprising to not have this option. One can order room service but there is a surcharge in the evening.

Hotel is next to spa, there is a tunnel that leads directly from the hotel to the public spa area. Hotel room is comfortable and spacious.

The bathroom is a bit outdated Everywhere the temperaturs is pretty high, it is quit hot in the hotel. Especially in the room they may turn down the heaters.

Excellent breakfast attentive and friendly staff, bright and airy room with option to eat on terrace.

Hotel is a bit older but the rooms have been modernized - maybe a bit expensive (but the Thermalbad was already included)
