Great and clean property! Good breakfast!

Our stay was fabulous!!! Hotel is very nice to stay at, basically a new hotel and we had zero issues

Hotel aconchegante e quartos confortáveis e funcionários atenciosos. A única e infeliz ressalva foram os problemas com a internet, a qual tinha boa conexão, mas barrava diversos sites comuns, como ecommerces e até mesmo o Globo Esporte. Infelizmente tive de sair do prédio para resolver alguns problemas com o site com o qual trabalho, fato que gerou um incômodo. Tentei resolver com o suporte, presente no hotel, mas acabei vencido pelo cansaço. Quanto às instalações, nada a reclamar, a rede Blue Tree é muito bem falada em São Paulo e não deixou a desejar em Brasília.Por fim, apenas deixo como sugestão a melhoria quanto à conexão aos sites na internet, pois esse é um fator que me impede de escolher este hotel novamente, em caso de viagens de trabalho.

Very spacious hotel that the room was really comfortable. What I found very interesting was there are a few swimming pools connect with hotel and also private pool for ground rooms and Vila swimming pool. Sauna room is also connect to pool that when It gets too hot that you can jump into pool straightaway. I enjoy the special features this hotel offers as well as friendly front desk staff

After long hours in the office working, the bed & the pillow were so comfortable. It was nice to have the room that had a little kitchenette & a small living room (a place to continue working!). Breakfast was good. Advise to have breakfast early as the place does get busy.

The pools are a great design, the food is amazing (especially dinner at the restaurant), and staff are helpful.

Everything was very good, just need to have steam iron and laundry bags at the room.

Excellent well located hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The dining room provides a very good breakfast and has a reasonable evening menu. Rooms are comfortable and air conditioned with all the usual amenities, the only reason I give only 4 stars for it is because when we arrived, one reading light did not work! That is not a complaint it just shows how difficult it was to find fault!.

4 days for work at this hotel. Facilities are nice - even if some details in the rooms are worn out and not outstanding furniture. First room had a very noisy air-conditioner (changed). Air-cons also have lights that might bother some at night and wind is not that strong (luckily it’s not hot at this season of the year. Restaurant for lunch is excellent. Breakfast is good with some choice (except for juices) Details/service are the main negative issue for a supposedly 4 stars. Had to ask them for 4 days to come handle issues with flies in the bathroom - just came the 4th day when calling again that there was still an issue. Had to keep reminding them every day for the complimentary water - still would forget it - even when you just called and they mentioned they would do it right away - twice... At no moment did they express any regret for the situation or any apology for the issues which is the real problem here for me. They just don’t seem to care for you as a customer - or what happens or doesn’t happen to you. It’s despairing how dull and un-reactive they are.

When I went to the pool the hotel doesn't provide service in the pool so if you want to drink something you won't, also they don't provide umbrellas what is the point to go to the pool if you don't have a place to stay away from the sun, when I requested towels they said there were no clean towel available. The restaurant I ordered a steak Medium, it came RARE I said to cook it well and they brought it rare again. This is the second time I stay at this hotel and I can say the service got terrible from my first time to now.

One thing can be improved: the light on the air system is bothersome for someone trying to sleep One thing can't be improved: the bathroom is really small and one wonders why the architect didn't use another 2 or 3 m2 from the room to make the bathroom larger without really impacting on the size of the (very) large room.

staff Hardly speaking English and check in and check out very slow. Very nice hotel beautiful and big rooms, wifi working properly. A lot of noise during the night.

I visited Brasilia many times and I can tell you with a high degree of accuracy that Clarion is the best hotel I ever stayed. May be because is new, may be because the others are quite old. Is not so central but the quality is simply great.

If I were to rate this hotel for it's service, maintenance, cleanliness, etc.. alone, I would rate it a 5 star; HOWEVER, the internet speed at this hotel is remarkably slow. I was at the bar, with the WiFi access point underneath the table I was sitting at, connect to the WiFi at 117Mbps, and yet the internet speed was 56Kbps (Yes, the same as dial-up 14 years ago!). When I asked the staff at the bar they laughed and confirmed that the internet speed at the hotel is known for being slow! The connection speed at my room was identical. As a business traveler this was a real issue for me. I had to work from my room and at this speed, having some much of my work things on the Cloud, it was real challenge. If this hotel wishes to cater to business travelers it MUST upgrade it's internet connectivity. I advise all business travelers that require internet access to contact the hotel and check about this issue before booking at room.
