Great staff, excellent location but the bathroom,though new and well kept, was a an issue with the shower. Good pressure but the 1/3 plexiglass screen on the tub did a poor job of containing the water and the result was having to towel the floor.

Very nice hotel in good position. Brilliant with a small kitchen that everyone can use. Very helpful staff.

Small basic hotel downtown . Problems finding parking in a city center. Would appreciate information about parking in the city parking garage to be sent ahead and not when we called after 30 min looking for it!

The location was great, as was the comfortable beds. Staff were friendly and very good at their jobs. Reasonable rates. On the down side, the internet wifi was not available, outside of the little lounge area. This could be easily fixed with boosters but no attempt was made to install them. This is too bad because it would bring their ratings up for sure. This must be really frustrating for staff having d to deal with complaints from guests. Outside of this we really enjoyed our stay.

Located in Old Town right by the bridge to get to the newer part of town. Lots of night life, so you’ll have a lot to do but it might be a little noisy at night. Cars cannot go down the road, so tours and public transit are right across on the main road. We found it really simple to use public transit from this location. As for the staff, everyone was really friendly. The room and bathroom were much more spacious than we expected for Europe. Our double bed was two twins put together, but we didn’t mind too much. The balcony was small but really cute. It was a little more dated than what the photos showed, but its charm grew on us. Clean, centrally-located, large space, although the walls are paper thin. Again - we didn’t mind as we didn’t spend much time in the room. Also bonus - there’s an elevator and two passcode-protected doors. We’d stay here again, and recommend it highly.

This is not a proper hotel but a pension-style place on 3rd and 4th floor of an office building. Clean and quiet, but very downbeat. I think they had doubled their prices for the busy weekend that we were there. Given the high user ratings and the high price we actually, we were expecting a whole lot more.

I’m not sure you can call this a hotel - should be called a youth hostel. The staff is nice and helpful but the property and rooms are 1 star at best.

I did not like this hotel. Very old and depressing room. Very noisy.

I will say that I thought I reserved a hotel and it was a hostel. I didn’t like it. I used to hotel with ac, little bar, more comfortable. It is a hostel and that's it.

The room was advertised as having a bath , but it had only a shower. You needed three keys and a keycode to access all the different doors to get to the room. The room was advertised as city view, it was three walls and a neighbours bathroom. Worst of all the room was stiflingly HOT, I appreciate it wasn't advertised as having A/C , but it stated it had a fan. The problem was the fan had a mechanical timer which maxed out at 1 hr running.

Nice place , friendly and helpful people. Location is awesome few blocks from Abando station, 8 minutes walking. Very safe and located in the best place surrounded by a lot of excellent bars and restaurants

Wonderful staff. In old city which is gritty, but authentic. A bit noisy at times, but double pane windows worked well to reduce the sound. The bed was good and the room clean.

This hotel is an incredible value in a fantastic old city location. The nearby dining options are out of this world and the staff is so accommodating. I'd stay again in a heartbeat.

This is a simple clean double room centrally located in the Old Town of Bilbao. It is older building with squeaking floor.

Lovely hotel in the center of the old town. Nothing fancy, but very clean and new. The staff was wonderful, they went out their way to help us get ice for a strained ankle and a taxi at the last minute. A place to come back.
