the bests were really hard. And they only give you a code to allow one device to connect to the wifi.

The environment is not very attractive (commercial area), rooms very clean. The first hotel that I saw with a bathroom really appropriate for handicapped. A certain disadvantage: Two separate beds, not one large bed, but comfortable, good breakfast.

Air conditioner was not cold.

Very nice clean new hotel. Reception desk open limited hours. We were able to do automated check-in, but had to wait for reception desk to re-open at 5 PM to get WiFi password. Hotel situated in commercial/industrial area. Not really able to walk to Ulm city center due distance and high traffic. Overall not bad for the price.

Getting the room you want is an iterative process; if lucky, they can accommodate. If the room had refrigerator I would grant higher marks. But, it has air conditioner (not needed in early October, but GOOD to know!) Maids did a good job. Neighborhood is great for fans of suburbia: Big Box retail, fast food, no character, but that makes for come convenient shopping. Free wifi is ok. For a nice walk, head out on foot to Wilhelmsburg: the surrounding area is nice forest/park.

Simple and clean room with free parking and free wifi. Reception is not opened 24hours and the room does not have kettle so we can't find any hot water at night.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The desk is closed after 9pm, there is a check-in kiosk and a phone to call if you need help after-hours. The room was clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay - cosy bedclothes, a small desk and chair, soap/shampoo/towel. There is a lounge area with vending machines that sell almost anything you need for your stay, and music piped throughout the common areas that make the place seem happening. I was staying for an event taking place nearby, so the location worked well for me, but it was a bit far from town. It is accessible by public transport, and is a 25-minute walk from the main station/town/sights (10-minute drive). It is quite close to the large shopping mall, in a sort of shopping area where there is a large home improvement store, a natural foods grocery store, and other large stores nearby (the type you are more likely to go to if you live in a place). Across the road and next door are casinos and table-dancing bars/strip clubs. I did not feel afraid walking around after dark, but others might find it uncomfortable to travel alone and stay here if you plan to walk back to the hotel at night.

The brand new hotel is an excellent choice for a budget stay. I like the modern interior design of my room. The self check-in kiosk is really cool. The location is 20 minutes away from town centre, but the shops and main train station are still within a walkable distance.

Interestingly, we never met any of the staff. We checked in at 1630 and there was no one at the desk. We used our credit card to check in, pay for the room and receive our 2 room keys. We left for dinner with friends and returned at 2200. We had problems with my room key. There was no one at the desk. I called the hotel telephone number. The recording stated that someone would be at the desk the next morning. Fortunately, we were able to get into our room with our second key. Lesson: Always request 2 keys. When we departed the next morning at 0830, there was someone at the desk. We missed having someone at the desk more often. The hotel, although new and clean, is directly across the street from the Ulm Eros Center. This is not a family friendly section of Ulm.

The hotel is just what its name says, economy. It is clean and very modern, but the rooms are small and minimally furnished. The room had a good size safe. Close to shopping.
