Nice cabin walking distance to town centre

Everything & more in the cupboards for a good weeks stay… A cosy cabin for 2 ,, though sleeps 5… friendly magpies out back, friendly staff out front.. shower has good heat & pressure,, & AC worked a treat… Will be first choice when heading back…

Aside from the Wifi being unreliable, this is a great spot The only thing that would top it would be having a bath in the cabin! Great place and people

Unit 1: quiet roomy and well appointed. The only problem was it was exceedingly difficult to find the property at night from the road.

It was quiet and very clean. Had everything you could need for a short stay. Bed was comfortable but a tight fit if you are tall like my husband. He is 6'2" and the bed was a little short for his comfort but didn't stop him having a good sleep. Kate us very efficient and friendly and the instructions to get in were clear. Can thoroughly say check them out for your next stay. Oh...some salt and pepper would be good to have on hand 😊

Good parking, quiet

The property is very near Ford Street but is situated in a quiet part of the area. The triple bunk bed in the cabin is more suited for young children rather than adults. Communication with the owner was good and checking in and out was a breeze.

Adequate for a quick stop/visit. Good for a quick stroll to the main street along a nice park & wateerway. Cabin a bit tired: Old towells, blown light bulbs and torn curtains. The biggest issue was the small double bed for a 6ft person meaning an uncomfortable nights sleep

These cabins are ideal as the layout is practical and the location is convenient to all of the main activities in Beechworth. The hosts were communicative and helpful. We would go back.

This property was in a good location and reasonably priced but we were very disappointed to find that the cabin was generally very unclean with bed sheets that felt unclean and dirty. Furthermore, there were several cobwebs in the bedroom and lots of small insects were on the bed sheets on the top bunk, which meant that we needed to use a lot of our insect repellent! There were several other bugs, beetles and ants in various areas of the cabin. Unfortunately we checked in rather late after a long day driving so went out for dinner immediately after checking in and hence we didn’t notice these issues until we were preparing for bed and by then it was too late to raise them with the members of staff who checked us in. We hardly slept that night and were relieved to get away first thing the following morning. It is a real shame that this could have been an enjoyable visit had the cabin been thoroughly cleaned and clean sheets provided prior to our check in. I’d advise management to clean the cabins more thoroughly soon before each guest is due to arrive and if bugs are likely to be present in the area due to the weather maybe warn guests about this prior to checking in and provide extra repellent?

Not a great experience. They say you get what you pay for, but in this case we didn’t even get this, despite it being relatively cheap. Dirty cabins, spiders and all kinds of insects inside, bad smell. Would not recommend to anyone I know after having stayed here. There’s better places in Beechworth for the same price.

Quiet location, equipped kitchen which was good - but the bed was so uncomfortable, we didn't sleep all night - it sags and rolls into the middle, the worst bed we had in our 2 week trip around Victoria. Also overpriced compared to where we stayed in Beechworth the night before, which was unfortunately booked out. Wish we had stayed somewhere else.

This is a great place to stay. As an adult, the single bed bunk mattresses are a little thin but they’d be perfect for kids. The QB for adults was comfortable last time, and my 6”1’ son slept well on it this trip. It’s not a 5-star hotel, but it’s a very comfortable and quiet cabin, perfect for a get away. The hosts are lovely too. Beechworth is a lovely township with good food, local highlights and close to other townships for day trips.

The bushy feel. Quiet area, other than the builders' early start next door! Friendly hosts. Smaller number of units than a caravan park.

The cabins are like a caravan park units. Clean and all services provided including a kitchen. All reasonably basic but very suitable for purpose.

Peaceful, clean, great location, air conditioning worked well on very hot days

We stayed with another family and had opposide cabins. The cabins had everything we needed and were really comfortable. Beds were comfy, plenty of pillows provided, clean and tidy. It was great for our kids to plsy on their bikes and they even had a fire pit we used both nights. Really grest stay and so close to town. Would definitely return if we come back to Beechwortb

Nice greeting from friendly owner. Cabins had obviously been there a while but were comfortable with all necessary amenties. Only a 5 to 10 minute walk to the lacal IGA supermarket or the lovely historical town centre.

Ants that looked to have been sprayed but not cleaned up in places (benches etc.) which looked dirty especially with a young one getting around the cabin touching everything. The single beds were quite small. I wouldnt expect an adult to sleep in one. Only 4 cabins on site and ours was next to the main house where (i assume) the owners were entertaining late into the night which was quite annoying when trying to sleep.
