lemon suites was a simple but complete accommodation. No breakfast or other food options a but centrally located with tons of options around. The entrance was not so nice but the city was redoing sidewalks so that might be different once its repaired. Carolina was super helpful and you can’t beat the quality / price.

Great location, close to lots of restaurants and bars. Staff extremely helpful and shout out in particular to Carolina who helped me greatly with an early check in when I arrived, thanks 😀

Lemon Suites was excellent with always available and helpful staff. The location in San Telmo is perfect with lots of great restaurants and shops around and easy walking and transport to areas of interest. They have lots of info on what to do and can help you plan and set up tours and activities. Recommend highly.

Modern hotel in great location, but dirty and poor service.we switched rooms as our first room had stained sheets, towels and dirty kitchen facilities. Unfortunately the second was just as bad woth blood on the sheets and fake tan on towels. The main reaaon we booked was for the pool but it was full of mud, leaves and dead insects. There was a lot of oil on top which suggests no chlorine was used. The worst was the service. The older lady was lovely but the younger receptionist was rude, unhelpful and every time I needed any kind of customer service I had to drag her out of the kitchen. No suggestions on the local area were made, most questions we asked were met with a surly attitude and she made us feel like she was doing a favour is staying there. Compared to next door in the hostel where the staff were helpful and lovely we wish we had got a private room there instead. The staff at lemon suites ruined my experience of buenos aires.

The staff communication and lack of professional service- terrible. The air conditioner was leaking and no one fixed it. I had a bucket catching water for 2 days. I asked for a late checkout given the fact that I couldn’t sleep with the water dripping for 2 days and was told to pay extra for a late checkout! They were unapologetic and then did not answer my calls. Awful experience.

Although it was only the first day, the noise like a mechanical sound continued in the middle of the night.
There was a limit on the number of hire dryers and I could not borrow it on the first day.
The room is clean and comfortable. In the case of three nights the towel was not changed. The location is also very nice. There were cafes, restaurants, markets and wine shops around.

Lemon apartments was excellent. Located in San Telmo it was very convenient to most downtown BA areas. The rooms were modern, clean and excellent and the service level was appropriate. I would thoroughly recommend Lemon Apartments.

Great location in San Telmo - the apartment are spacious and modern with a nice style (maintenance may become an issue - friendly personnel and overall very good value for money!

Very nice hotel but the housekeeping is bad. Checkin with dirty sheets, asked for replacement and they came in after an hour and they only change the sheets but not the comforter which is diety as well. Didn’t clean our room for our 3 nigjts stay. Had to request towels. Free breakfast but tou have to wash your own dishes even cofee cups 😒

In a character filled part of one of the oldest neighbourhood (San Telmo) in Buenos Aires is delightful apart hotel, Lemon Apartments. My initial reaction when I pulled up was .... what have I done, this place does not have street appeal. Once I entered the hotel I was pleasantly impressed by the transformation inside. The staff were great and if you needed anything and the Lemon Apartment staff couldn't help, I simply went next door to the Limon Hostel to find the answers to my more obscure questions.
The Apartments were only three blocks from the subway and the same to 'La Brigada', one of the best steak houses in the city. We explored the city up until 8pm and did not ever feel in danger. Before I left in the morning I would ask if a particular area was safe and what precautions I should take.
The wi-fi was fast and there is 24hour brewed coffee downstairs by the pool, although there is no milk, we bought our own.

I'm skeptical about the name " Lemon Apartments ", that's why I booked 1 night first even I'll be in Buenos Aires for 5 days.
I was right, the minute we enter the apartment my family already asked me to look for another hotel for the next few days rather than extending our stay here. The descriptions & photos does not reflect reality.

Stayed at the Lemon Apts for 2 nights and was very happy with the accommodations. Staff were very friendly and able to help us out mostly in English. The room was clean, spacious, and modern. The patio doors don't seal tightly so some street noise got into our room, but it wasn't bad. San Telmo ended up being a vibrant and interesting neighborhood and the hotel was closely located to a lot of nearby attractions (Sunday market, art galleries) and public transit. Also a 20 min walk to downtown/Plaza de Mayo so very walkable. We walked a lot during the day and at night, and never felt unsafe. Would happily recommend and stay again.

It was really cool to stay in San Telmo. I usually stay near obelisco area but this time was looking for local places and restaurants. This apartment is just minutes from independencia train station.

I really liked the hotel, it was in a great location for getting around and a lot of food options near by. The room was comfortable and spacious and the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. They also own a hostel next door where you can buy drinks and snacks as well as have your clothes washed for 70 pesos a load which is super helpful.

Situated in central San Telmo these apartments are bright,modern, well furnished and have very helpful staff. The pool was clean and refreshing. A great place to stay.
