Outside garbage cans full and overflowing with garbage

We usually stay here when we travel through Peace River, and it's always clean and comfortable. Bedding may need to be replaced soon though, some of the sheets were starting to pearl. Otherwise, all good.

The hotel is starting to show need for renovation. Staff is very friendly and room is comfortable.

Had trouble finding my reservation and printer didn’t work at checkout

The staff were great. The room smelt like someone was smoking in it, could see black finger prints on bathroom door and wall, and entrance door on inside full of finger prints. Stayed here many times and first negative experience.

The Chateau Nova is where we always decide to stay whenever we need to overnight in Peace River.

The hotel was full of fire evacuees, who acted like the had never been in a hotel before.

We reserved 4 weeks early and yet there wasn’t a room available when we got there. After some conversation, they found us one. We were in our room and had a cleaning person just walk right in without knocking. Seems like they need to improve on service levels. Not sure if I will book there again.

The hotel was clean and the restaurant attached was very convenient. However we found the walls to be very thin, we could hear a lot of noises. We werent able to stay for one of our booked nights, and expedia was great to work with to get a refund of some of our money. The Expedia staff were very professional and advocated for us.

The hotel was clean and our stay was comfortable.

The hotel itself is newer & in good condition. The staff was friendly & accommodated our request to have a room on the 4th floor. The biggest complaint was the carpet was dirty & old. The floor in the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest either & the toilet was disgusting. It had black in the bottom which looked disgusting & dirty so just didn’t feel clean in the room because of this.

We make this our place to stay as staff is friendly and helpful, hotel is clean and quiet.

Upon check in they could not find my reservation and after searching, they found that an employee had entered the date incorrect apparently, even though I had the confirmation email with the proper dates. There was still a room available but he said it would have to be an upgraded room, which of course I was fine with. We got checked in and into our room and about 10 minutes later they came up to tell us they made a mistake and would have to switch our room. Again, this is no big deal but super inconvenient and very unorganized. I got a call a few hours later asking if they could either come get my credit card (I had already paid the deposit for the room) or if I could go to the front desk to pay for the room. I stay in many, many hotels and I have never had a request like this. The hotel is nice and clean but the staff is extremely unorganized

No breakfast included. Restaurant had limited options. Under staffed.

The property was very accessible for pets and when we had a problem with our room they were will to move use no questions asked.
