Okay for a single night's stay while passing through Quebec City especially since it was a better price than similar horels in the area, and I was not willing to spend a lot. I would probably spend more to stay at a newer property in the future. The reviews I had read were accurate in terms of the slowness of the elevators and the chaos around breakfast on a Sunday morning even at 8 a.m. The bed was reasonably comfortable but the slats it was on creaked loudly when we moved. The lamp in the corner was missing the on off button so I had to plug and unplug it. I found the bathroom to be just fine, and a good bathroom matters a lot to me when I'm traveling.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was great and the hotel in general was nice.

The hotel itself was clean. The room was nice and clean. The room we had had a very firm mattress, way too hard. The breakfast wasn't too bad, there wasn't any bacon, just sausage. First time staying there, not sure if I will again

Staff at check in was “OK”. Asked a few questions and seemed annoyed a little bit. No explanation on breakfast time. Where you’re allowed to park. Never mentioned that they are charging a deposit. It’s ok. But I think it should be mentioned. Also not telling you that you are charged the minute you check in. On your credit card. I’ve never been to a hotel that they are charging everything at check in. It’s usually at check out/last day. Also… check your receipt. They charged me too much for an extra mattress for my son who was going to be 2/3 nights with us. Because they charge for the extra person on top of the mattress. Nightly. Breakfast was not really good. Long line up and not enough tables. We didn’t use our vouchers morning 2 and 3. I gate standing up with my breakfast looking for tables. Not sure I would reserve again. Unless a good price. Was the same rate as any other hotels in the area so might try something else.

The room was clean and comfortable. Good distance from the places we wanted to visit in Québec. We liked having many options of places to eat around the hotel. Breakfast was a little disappointing (not too many options, same things every day, etc.). Our shower was also not draining very well.

The property was to crowded. The shower is very inconvenient,since it had no door and the water goes all over the floor when taking shower.

Breakfast area was disorganized and dirty. We didn't event bother to try it Be sure to verify the pools hours. It is only open the hours they have a lifeguard available, which for us, was 4-8 pm only.

We as a family liked the water slide, pool and hot tub. It made the stay fun, after walking around all day in the sun. The elevator was broken the whole stay which was inconvenience, to get anywhere in the hotel.

It is a quite old hotel. The room cleaning is inconsistent. Considering its lower price, it is quite average

Shopping Mall, movie house, restaurants are just few minutes away on foot. The airport is just 5 mins drive. Very convenient if you have a very early flight. Hotel room was clean and got huge beds. This will be my go to hotel when in Quebec City.

Good option to stay with family

The hotel is nice and a good stay for families. Elevators were a rough situation. It was a busy day and the elevators would take forever.

A busy hotel well suited for families . Friendly staff and a good continental breakfast room . In a good location close to the airport and highway entrances .

Boff, old AF, good for work trip but not something you would want to book for a personal trip...I have nothing bad to say however I have nothing good to say either. I should have stayed at the "Times" across the street.
