We only stayed for a night before going south.
Close to trains and busses but I wouldn’t stay for more than one night. Nice staff and clean facilities, breakfast were really simple but tasted ok.

3mon from cruise ship in old port…nice old hotel renovated..good breakfast…personnel friendly…not luxury but very convenient!!!

3 rooms reserved, payment taken from Expedia, refused by the hotel. Arrived late and did not accommodate. Took over an hour to finally pay for new overpriced rooms.

We had a pleasant stay in this hotel, it ticks all the right boxes for our needs in terms of public transport links, just walking distance to the main attractions, cafes and supermarket nearby. Plus the lovely receptionist, Julia has taken the trouble to do us a very great favour for our friend. We would definitely stay again in this hotel and would recommend it to friends and family

The transportation of this hotel is very good. It is close to train station, Metro station and even the airport.

Not a good place!! Walking in at night is not a comfortable feeling. Rough area, and hotel needs help!

Should not be on hotels.com much better places to use. Look somewhere else. Very little choice on hotels.com, felt a little ripped off.

The hotel was very relaxed, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the beds were very comfortable. Lovely bathroom.

I didn't check in because there was no air condition the hotel was very dirty and no one speak English so please do not charge me for these rooms that I did not check in

It was definitely fine for a quick trip to Genoa! It's nothing special, but it's a good value for your money! The breakfast was average but filling!

This hotel was an excellent choice for us as we ended our cruise at the port and walked a short way to the hotel. We were greeted warmly and our room was ready early so we could check in then do our sight seeing around Genoa. It was with easy walking to most everywhere with a small supermarket next door and the sight seeing buses etc.

Convenient for location only cross the road to get to the train station and close to the centre and marina area. Basic with old furniture if you are happy about it. The bed was horrible, kept waking up as the bed frame make loud noises as you turn while a sleep! I would rate it as low three star or 2 stars

We only stayed for a few hours to get ready to catch the night bus to Pompei. The hotel is clean but outdated. It is literally in front of Principe station so handy, but very noisy.

It is located a few minutes walk from the train station. However, it is relatively declined place, and may not good to walk to the hotel at night.

The hotel itself has potential, sadly the man at the entrance couldn't be less unfriendly. The young lady who was there as we checked out, she was nice.
Our room had what it promised: one bed and one bathroom but one of the curtains was hanging down and we couldn't close it, we could see spider webs on the carpet/floor and the shower tiles were absolutely disgusting. The smell of the room wasn't good either.
Two good things, the location next to the Prinzipe station and the breakfast.
