The home was even better than the pictures! Its very close to a pool and a quick drive to a public beach. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of supplies. We had a great stay.

Came down for a long weekend to go scalloping. House was great and just as described. Julie goes above and beyond to make sure everything is covered. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfy. Great trip. Will stay here again.

This property was very clean! Spotless! I have also never stayed in a property that was as well stocked as this one. Everything was provided for all laundry needs, washing dishes, and everyday cleaning. There were also plenty of extra towels, pillows and blankets. We had great communication with the property manager and check in was zero hassle. The community was very quiet and everyone was friendly. It was a great stay at the forgotten coast!
A few things to note: the downstairs bed sinks in the middle a bit making it an uneven surface to sleep. This property is located in a marshy area so we did note some mosquitos and there was a warning sign in the community to be cautious of snakes. The property is located next to the community dumpster which can be a bit smelly on pick up day but wasn’t a problem after the trash was picked up.

We loved this property! Wonderful, clean and comfortable. It accommodated our family wonderfully. It was a quiet little getaway, in a great location within the cottage community. I would highly recommend it.

The property was very nice. There was plenty of room for our family with the extra bedroom room downstairs and the pull out sofa bed in the livingroom.
It was nice to come home to after our day at the beach, just a short 1/2 mile drive.
The dishwasher did not work, but was replaced on the 5th day of stay. We were informed of this before check in. The manager, Julie, did provide a supply of paper products which was nice. She was extremely helpful and stayed in touch to make sure we had everything to make our stay enjoyable.
The downstairs bedroom mattress does need replacing as well as the sofa bed matress.
Even with these few minor incidents, we made so many wonderful memories and plan to be back again to Barefoot Cottages. This was our 3rd vacation at Barefoot Cottages and we really love the location.

Every time we go to PSJ we try to stay at one of the cottages at Barefoot and this cottage did not disappoint! It had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The property manager was attentive to any questions we had. Will stay here again!

Beautiful house, clean & organized; had everything needed to enjoy our stay. Only negative was the
construction nearby which was noisy when outside of house, (they look close to being completed soon). Would definitely stay there again!

House was clean and well furnished. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment and we appreciate the paper goods that were supplied. The location was ok - we did not know that there would be construction right next door however. The noise was distracting some times. The property manager was very helpful and responded to any communication very punctually. We met her at the pool and enjoyed meeting her.

It was stocked with everything we needed except groceries. The location was convenient to grocery stores, restaurants. and beach access.

we had a great time at this property! there are plenty of places to eat very close, the beaches are relatively close as well! the property had more than enough room for the 4 of us. and it was awesome that each bedroom has its own bathroom!

Like the cottage look of properties.Clean and well maintained. However the new construction and materials take away from appearance. Our rental was right beside the building of new units.

I would highly recommend Barefoot Cottages. It was a well kept and quiet gated community. We stayed at Blue Chill. The cottage was clean and beautifully decorated. We would stay here again on our next trip.

I would highly recommend Barefoot Cottages. It was a well kept and quiet gated community. We stayed at Blue Chill. The cottage was clean and beautifully decorated. We would stay here again on our next trip.

We loved our stay here! It’s in the quiet part of the neighborhood close to the smaller pool. It rained some of our time there and the owner texted to let us know of the turtle center that the kids might like to check out since it was raining.
