My family and I stayed at the Modern Tree House between Christmas and New Years 2023. This is located less than a mile from the ski lifts and has the most amazing view of the trees and mountains topped with snow. It was easy to park at the resort with free parking and a shuttle bus from the parking lot to the ski lifts. This home was spacious and very comfortable. Each bedroom had it's own private bathroom. The beds were comfortable and each one came with tons of comfy blankets. We loved the view out back on the huge deck. The deck has comfortable with lounge chairs and a gas firepit. We rented two 4-wheel drive vehicles but didn't really need the 4 wheel drive because the home was easy to get to and the streets were plowed at least once while we were there. The kitchen has everything you need. I suspect the owner works for Pampered Chef because it came well stocked with Pampered Chef cooking items. This home was perfect for our family of 5 but could easily sleep more. Whenever we come back to Angel Fire, we will definitely come back to this home. We enjoyed our stay tremendously!

We had an amazing stay! The house is beautiful and the scenery from the deck is amazing! The house has everything you need and then some. The kitchen is very well equipped. There are lots of spices and basics that you might need if you want to cook. The bedrooms are all very nice with their own bathrooms which is really nice. The beds were very comfortable and had nice linens. We saw tons of deer and turkeys from the deck. We also had chipmunks visit us. I was hoping for a bear but no luck this time. I just thought the house was perfect and I joked that I was going to stay for 6 months because it just filled my soul to be there. I can’t wait to come back. Amazing home, with an awesome view!!

This cabin was everything you could ask for and more. Absolutely gorgeous inside. Plenty of blanket throws for snuggling outside on the patio while taking in the beautiful view of the mountains. The kitchen was so well stocked we only bought a few things. Everything else was already there. Cheryl was awesome to work with. Let us check in early which was great so we could get our bearings before it got dark. A family of deers visited everyday. They must be pretty tame because they didn’t seem afraid of us at all.If you are looking for a beautiful cabin with out if this world views and a management person that was a dream to work with book this cabin!!

This home was the ultimate. Had everything possible to cook with and then some. It was great for us since we always like to cook and enjoy the scenery when we travel. Loved watching the hummingbirds fight over the feeder and the view was to die for. The weather was perfect. Cool at night and comfortable during the day. Cheryl was easy to communicate with and very prompt with her replies. We think we have found our yearly place. Please share with the homeowners what a wonderful vacation home they have and loved all of the decor. We will be back.

Our stay was amazing. Very relaxing weekend. The only negative was that we lost water for about 24 hours, which was disappointing. Not the owners fault, but Angel Fire needs to step up in their Customer Service. They should have had employees working through the night to get the water fixed.

Fantastic location near the ski runs, country club and grocery. The house is exceptionally done. Beautiful, comfortable with all the amenities you could need. Stunning view off the back deck, no need to even leave. Momma and baby deer parade across the backyard every morning.

We stayed over spring break, and everything with the property went super smooth. The house is as advertised in the photo's and everything was set up for a smooth in and out. We we didnt get a chance to use the deck much, but it would be a brilliant place to relax outside. It was about 5 minute drive from the slopes, and certainly a much less packed setup that staying at the resort. The beds were also great given the long days.

Excellent property, exceptional in all respects. We would absolutely love to stay there again if we’re ever in Angelfire.

This home was spotless when we arrived and was set up perfectly for our stay. The driveway had been plowed and the garage was easily accessible. Cheryl went above and beyond to communicate with us in the days leading up to our trip so we were prepared for the weather. We all look forward to visiting again!

If there is ever a rating below 5 stars for this property, don't believe it; it's just a grouchy, out-of-touch person. Our trip (5 nights) was arguably the most perfect of any rental of our lives. The pictures are accurate, if not understated. The communication is perfect. Expectations are perfect; there should be no confusion. The amenities are great. I cannot think of how many times we have checked into a "fully appointed" property only to find I can't bake or cook in the correct size pan. There is NOTHING you need that they don't have. And it is all quality stuff. Access to the lifts at Angelfire are five minutes away, even with an icy mountain. There is no doubt our family will return in the fall and winter. NOTE: do not rent this place if you aren't willing to treat this home like your own. The owners and management are meticulous about the property and I would hate to see them pull it off the rental market because someone thinks they can treat this home poorly. AWD/ 4 wheel a good idea. It's three master suites with kings and private baths which probably wouldn't be awesome for lots of young kids. But my older teens felt pretty special in their suites with views. We did see wildlife and the views are awesome. More than five stars.

This house was amazing! The decore, the comfortable beds and pillows, all the extra items stocked in the kitchen (basically any spice you could need!) made the stay comfy and relaxing. We had fresh snow the last morning which made the driveway slick, it slopes down to the house, just had to be careful. Cheryl was attentive, checking on us and answering texts quickly. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Our small group (two couples) decided on a quick trip to getaway from the blistering Texas heat. The house was indeed perfect. Beautifully appointed and it had everything one could need. The weather was great and in addition to exploring the local area, we loved spending time on the deck. Great views of the mountains and the local wildlife. From the the house we saw wild turkeys, deer and a handful of hummingbirds (once we put out the feeder). Just a great experience all the way around.

Home was spotless, all needs were furnished including pots, pans, utensils, etc. Loved the place. Quiet, secluded, great view. Just needs a hot tub for soaking. We'll be back. Thx. DC

House is virtually new. The kitchen was fabulous and the deck was spectacular. Property manager Cheryl was very on top of things and communicated with us frequently about the nearby wildfires and our check in.

Beautiful property with all the accommodations you will need as well as fabulous communications through the stay. From start to finish, this was an outstanding vacation experience. We look forward to visiting this property again!

The house was very nice and better than advertised with lots of modern touches and little extras. The view off the back deck is just beautiful, absolutely beautiful and worth every penny. If your looking for fun at Angel Fire, the house is just a few minutes away by vehicle and very convenient. Our hostess was very proactive and responsive with lots of helpful information. We liked it so much we’ll be looking to stay here again the next time we come to Angel Fire.

The property was clean, appointed with everything that we needed, and the view from the back porch was simply amazing. This was the perfect cabin for our extended visit to the Angel Fire area. The instructions provided by Cheryl, the property manager, were perfect. Thanks for a wonder experience.
