Centrally located property 10-15 mins walk from the port. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Our room looked onto the stunning Galleria Umberto - in fact window opened onto it - and yet when shut, it was super quiet and we had a great sleep. An easy walk to close dining options.

Massive room, very comfortable bed and pillows, modern bathroom with walk-in shower, freshly renovated, good breakfast and perfect central location. Maybe slightly loud outside - well yes, but you are in the middle of Naples, what do you expect? It didn't bother us, because windows closed tightly and blocked most of the street noise.

Very nice business hotel in the Galleria Umberto. Fantastic central location and helpful staff. It's a little difficult to find the entrance and you have to buzz the front desk to get into the building but once you figure it out it's convenient to a taxi stand and central for exploring Naples.

The hotel is absolutely lovely. We were very concerned because the surrounding area of the building was very old and looked terrible. What a beautiful surprise when the elevator door opened to this beautiful, modern lobby. Incredible location I would highly recommend.

The property is clean and modern in a very busy location. Taxi pick up is just around the corner. Port is 8 minutes away. Only thing is it is pretty noisy in the room facing the main street in all hours of the night. I would stay there again. Staff were great and breakfast was delicious.

Perfect for Napoli

Absolutely loved this hotel! Don't be alarmed when you see the front of the building…it’s in an alleyway & you have to be buzzed in. But, it is perfect inside. Had a beautiful view of the inside of the Galleria from our room. Carmine (front desk) was absolutely amazing… so so helpful! Gave us insight on getting to & from Sorrento & Capri, great recommendations on places to eat (Santa Lucia) & helped us find a good place to exchange money before we left Italy. He made the whole experience seamless!! Breakfast was wonderful. And the location was perfect… close to everything you want to see/do. Would highly highly recommend this place. 10/10

Excellent hotel and great staff. A fantastic experience. The entrance can be a bit intimidating as its located at the end of an alley...but then again, you are in Naples, Once out the alley, which is a short 50m walk, you are in the middle of Via Toledo and the heart of Naples. Great spot!

This is a wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of Naples. Great location and facilities. Staff is superb, particularly Anna and the assistants in the bar and breakfast area! Highly recommended, when in Naples!

Beautiful hotel, in an awkwardly old building. The staff were excellent - very friendly and professional. Morning breakfast was great. Only complaint is how loud the surrounding area is at night, but that is a tradeoff for the convenient location. Room was large and clean, wifi was surprisingly fast. Also close to Cafe Gambrinus, where we went 4 times during our 3 day stay.

We were very pleased with our staying, the room was huge and clean, really enjoyed the breakfast and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

On arrival we were greeted by Anna. We were early for the official check in time but our room was ready so we were booked in straight away. Anna showed us our facilities, the room was extremely clean, modern and spacious with a lovely big bed. The bathroom was spotless with complimentary toiletries. Our room overlooked the gallery shopping area. It was peaceful at night for a good sleep. During our four night stay, the room was replenished each day which was appreciated after long days spent on trips. We were also assisted by Anna when booking a trip to Pompeii. The breakfast offered a wide variety including pastries, fruit, meats and cheese. This is a central location and it was extremely busy on the nearby streets, as well as very hot! The hotel was a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle and was fully air conditioned with plenty of hot water for showers. We slept very well each night. All of the staff were friendly and attentive and I would recommend a stay here if visiting Naples.

Our room was nice and the dining staff was so friendly! The breakfast was great and delicious. This is located in the shopping district with a good restaurant right outside the door. I highly recommend and would visit again!! Thanks for a great stay.

The hotel and staff were great, however the area around it was dirty, noisy and busy. The city overall is dirty.

We stay 2 weeks in this hotel & was a wonderful experience. Would like to say Thank to all the people who work there & where so nice to us.They made our stay delightful,special Thanks to Ana,she was incredible & to Pia,Martina who were in charge of breakfast,Daniel & the rest of the staff. The management of this hotel are very lucky to have these people working there. The rooms & bathroom are unusually large, very clean, centrally located ,One of the best hotels I have stay. Excellent modern hotel in the heart of Naples. Centrally located in the Galleria close to shops, port, opera house etc…. Reception, breakfast room and bedrooms immaculate !!!!! Could not fault the hotel in anyway. The breakfast was fantastic and worth getting up for. The facilities and staff were first class. The only small thing to consider (not the hotels fault) if you have a room facing the Galleria which is an amazing view the public walk through all night so it can be loud and echoey which kept us awake a few times. Please don’t let this comment put you off this fabulous hotel.

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel right in the Galleria Umberto I. Location is convenient but it can be difficult to find. Staff however has been very helpful. City center of Napoli is quite dirty. The elevator and building entrance are old and not very pleasant. Once getting into the reception and the hotel rooms, everything is great and modern. Breakfast is one of the best we had during this recent trip. Other than the usual items, smoked salmon and fresh fruits including cherries are nice surprises.

Many good things to say about this hotel. It was very spacious and clean, great breakfast. Accommodating staff. There was a problem with our first room and the second unfortunately had scaffolding right outside, blocking any view. The main con was that the fire alarm went off 5 times one morning.

The hotel itself is good and the service and welcome is faultless, but we wouldn’t stay again. It’s in a very convenient location, but that’s also its downfall. Our room looked out directly into the Galleria Umberto I - basically above a McDonald’s. It’s noisy, from the metal shop shutters opening before 6am through to every teenager in Napoli descending until the early hours. Had we not brought earplugs with us, I don’t know how we would have slept. Two giant screens looming over the tables at breakfast showing 24hr news make it feel like a conference hotel rather than a holiday option and having to pay to use the lift isn’t great (even if it is only 10 cents). On the plus side, the shower was excellent and the breakfast choice is good.

At first you might wonder what your in for. Once you get tree the door up the stairs or use the elevator you' ll be pleased at what you see. Very central and an excellent caring staff.
