Staff are very warm and friendly. Breakfast Buffet menu is superb and sumptious. Room service food was well presented. Transportation from the port to the hotel are very well organized.

Feedback for Henann Lagoon Resort Boracay - Room Experience I recently stayed at Henann Lagoon Resort in Room 119, and unfortunately, my experience was impacted by several issues related to room cleanliness and furnishings. Upon checking into Room 119, I encountered a large cockroach that fell onto my bed, which was unsettling. While the staff was responsive to my request for a room transfer, and I was moved to Room 111, both rooms had older bed frames that creaked with every movement, making it challenging to get a comfortable night’s rest. In Room 111, we were bitten by mosquitoes, which we managed to address it by killing 4 mosquitos in all! Hopefully we won’t be getting a Dengue! It really detracted from the overall experience. The location of Room 111, with its direct pool access, was ideal; however, the older, creaky furnishings and presence of insects made the stay less enjoyable. Lighting of both rooms especially in the bathroom are not well lit. Location: Beware! No beach access!… you need to walk 2 blocks from the hotel to pass a small road leading to the beach front. About 10 -15 minutes walk going to the beach front.. The small road access is dark when you walk at night so watch out for sharp objects such as sharp rocks and some garbage on the side road. Suggestions for Improvement: • Furniture Updates: Consider updating or refurbishing older furniture, particularly bed frames , to eliminate creaky sounds and ensure a more comfortable stay and re upholstering the chairs that shows visibly old and stained fabric , • Enhanced Pest Control: Ensuring thorough pest control would improve the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms. With some upgrades, the resort could better align its room quality with its beautiful setting.

It is clean and well maintained. The staff are super friendly and helpful. They are very accommodating as well, which we truly appreciate.

The trash bin outside i think is a bit small. Trivial really, but nice if something could be done.

De Barman Dennis was een fijn personeelslid. Hij kon leuke dingen vertellen, en we raakte erg goed bevriend met hem. Daarnaast vonden we de poolbar een enorme aanwinst

Dat we geen yogurt konden krijgen bij het ontbijt. Maar het ontbijt zelf was helemaal goed. Maar wij zijn nu eenmaal gewend Yogurt te eten als ontbijt

Excellent staffs, professional, helpful. Rooms were massive, clean, complete with toiletries. Loved the bathtub design with clear glass .

Nothing everything was above my expectations. We will definitely stay again on our next family holiday in the Philippines.

Room wha's very good and suitable.

Room's wha's noisy because the construction off the building let the doors's banging all the time. It Was not possible too swim in the swimingpool because the pool is not deep.
