El lugar es excelente tiene una vista única. El personal es único muy atento y cordial. Las instalaciones limpias y prolija las habitaciones impecables

La vista excepcional.

Muy lejos del centro de Bariloche, el wifi casi inexistente, faltan enchufes en la habitación, no tiene secador de pelo y te cobran el agua para el mate. Desayuno poco variado y cena con plato y postre único. No podés elegir la mesa donde ubicarte.

La vista al lago

This hotel is in a beautiful location. It is park like with pleasant opportunities to relax, stroll or hike right from the room. Breakfast was good. This area is much quieter than other locations around Bariloche.

The hotel is more remote than we expected. There is a shuttle but in might be inconvenient if you do not have a car. Some of the facilities are a bit dated. Our room needed some maintenance. But the staff managed to get everything working.

The place is incredible, witha a magnificent at Nahuel Huapi lake shore and great view to Cerro Capilla.. There is a path to climb to a lookup of "brazo tristeza". We could see a fox steps of the hotel and the snowy hills in the morning. A lot of trekking paths nearby. A place to relax. Good food at the restaurant with a fixed menu that included buffet entree, established main dish and dessert for $1500. Homemade food. You can buy a bottle of wine and you can drink it during your stay. They will keep it for you. Excellent shower, hot water and good pressure. The fee is good

There was a cold air filtration in the window. Wiffi connection must be improved. Public transportation gets to the place just 4 times a day. Then, if you miss it you must get private transportation and is very expensive. Few channels on tv to watch

great location within walking distance of many trails, lakes and sights. Also located near many of the main attractions of the area. Not with-in walking distance. I would suggest that you rent a car, motorbike or are a competent with a bike for longer distances.

My husband and I were charged the 21% VAT rate, enough if it didn´t apply to us. We had been traveling for 23 hours when we got there and the staff memeber was very unfriendly about this situation. He forced us to pay! After this I have researched and it seems to be illegal in Argentina to apply VAT to tourists. This really left a bad taste in my mouth, we would have liked to return but we won´t now. If you come here make sure that they don´t pull the same trick on you, that they did to us.

Amazing luxury location with spectacular view. Definitely worth staying there.

It is difficult to get there (unless you have a car)

The staff was excelent! The views to the mountains were amazing. The whole place beautifully achieved the relaxing mood. Thank you so much.
