Nice room! K cup coffee! Mini refrigerator and small microwave. They do not clean room for stay overs, I love the privacy.

It’s a very nice property- clean and in good condition. The suites with sitting areas and jacuzzi tub was really nice at a nice price. Good location close to the downtown area. Only complaint would be inconsistent and weak wifi. TV didn’t always work because of it.

The front desk was very helpful during our stay. The room was in great condition, featuring a king size bed, flat screen tv, coffee maker (pods), and the best part: a rainfall shower with modern aesthetics. For the price you pay, this is an incredible option. I would definitely stay here again.

The shower came on in the middle of the night and soaked the floor by the toilet. The bed was very uncomfortable.

So far, our stay has been incredible! We got an amazing view in our room! We Absolutely LOVE IT! The front staff were super sweet and friendly, Maria and Dulce were the best by far! This is a great property for the price. Would definitely stay here again!

The room was clean but poorly equipped. Bathroom had no towel racks, no wastebasket or even a TP holder! Looked like it was in the middle of a remodel. Bathroom fans are so loud that the floor vibrated when turned on in the unit below.

Room was clean but small. Bathroom was very small with no counters or towel racks. Had a small place to hang jackets except there were no hangers. Very little counter space.

When I checked into the room and within 10 minutes I found two bugs near the bed. I killed the bugs and even took pictures of the bugs. I wanted to checkout and the desk clerk refused any refund. Unfortunately, I was booked for four nights and prepaid. My husband had unexpected emergency surgery and I needed to be near him. The was NO empathy, understanding and just rudeness. Very disappointing stay.

Was disappointed, everything look good on website. But it was not like that. Found 1 bed bug and 2 dead bed bugs in room. I reported to dront desk. They claim its not bed bugs. I said know what a bed bugs looks like. All they said will look into it.

This hotel in flagstaff was a decent place for a one night stay especially for the price. The hotels cleanliness was slightly sub par than what was displayed on the photos but bc it was a night stay it was nothing to raise concern about. If you and your partner need a bed for a weekend stay, this place is great for your buck with supplying what you need for a night or two as most of our days were spent exploring flagstaff. As a traveling couple on a budget I’d recommend trying this hotel!

There were some questionable things that needs addressing. One is not having a curtain, or some kind of covering over the bathroom window. The bathroom mirror didn't seem to be a real mirror, two of the lighting fixtures were exposed due to them missing bulbs. There was an attic access in the bathroom, that seemed a little off to me. All of these issues made me feel uncomfortable. I couldn't imagine a woman being in that room alone, or with kids.

This Hotel is awful, room was dirty and bathroom cabinet was falling apart from water damage. There were smudges of dead bugs on the walls, just generally not in acceptable condition. I couldn’t even stay there it was so bad. And they would not refund my money even for the second night. Just an awful experience and a nightmare!!

It was a nice hotel.

The room did not appear as nice from the online photos. The toilet did now work or flush at all upon arrival. I called the front and was informed that maintenance would be right there to fix it. No one ever arrived. I had to spend the night with a non-working toilet which was disgusting.

Room was very cramped no where to put luggage, bathroom had a damp dirty bath towel folded in with clean towels. House keeping knocked on door 3 times before checking out, parking was crowded no where to park after 8pm.

My family and I spent 3 days at this establishment. The check-in process was really easy and the front desk clerk was professional and polite. We were missing a few items in our room such as a shower curtain and extra towels but they were promptly brought to our room after we had requested them at the front desk. If you have any requests, you'll need to walk up to the front desk and ask since there is no number to call. We had no issues with parking. The parking lot was pretty open all day until around 6, then it seemed to fill up but there was still plenty of open spots. The beds were comfortable and the sheets appeared to be clean. Now for the cleanliness of the room.... It wasn't the worst but it could definitely use some more love. There were toothpaste spots on the mirror, dried food left on the utensils, a used sponge left on the sink with a half bottle of dish soap, the carpets could use a good shampooing as they did turn your feet a light shade of black if you walked barefoot on them, and the mattress in the pull-out sofa had quite a few stains on it. Overall, those weren't deal breakers since the rest of our stay was great but just something the hotel could improve on. We do plan on returning in a few months, as we enjoyed the location of the establishment and it was a good price for the room we booked.

My mom and I came to Flagstaff to visit my daughter who was having a birthday. My mom had a hard time getting up and downstairs but we were put in a second floor room. Both my mom and myself made it apparent on check in that second floor was not ideal, but it was shrugged off. The room did not have a chair for the desk so when hanging in the room you had to sit on the bed to do work or watch tv.

Toilet was moving when sitting on it. In the morning I found that it was leaking as there was quite a bit of water on the floor near toilet from either flushing and/or the movement. Awful smell of moth balls outside of our room, but didn't smell it by other rooms. Visually clean for it's older age I guess. Crisp, ironed sheets was a plus. Price was good, but you get what you pay for in that location.

We booked a room with 6 people staying but the towels the hotel provided were only 3. Also, there was a bath tub in the room (not in the bathroom) but it didn't have a table inside the room for us to eat. The room set was a little wired.

There was a live cockroach in the bathroom and I could not continue to stay there. I was offered another room, but I’m assuming the problem is the same in all of the rooms. I’d like a refund for the night I could not stay there. There were also ants on the counter and coffee area.

Stayed 2 nights. Very comfortable. The check in was different just due to the lobby area was very sterile and still had Covid plexiglass up.

This is a good location. The staff was very professional and kind. I just struggled with the cleanliness. There was blood smeared around the inside of the windows by the curtains, hair in the shower, and the room smelled really bad. The beds were not uncomfortable, but nothing to write home about. This is a decent inexpensive option of it were cleaner.

Cockroach on window seal, blood dot stains on sheet, brown stains on comforter, coffee pot was dusty inside, paint peeling off wall, shower brown stains floor and major around rim, air conditioner sounded between nails on a chalkboard and a plane taking off when going on and then rattled, place needs to be renovated.

Handy Motel if you want to stay in Flagstaff. Two big beds in the rooms and no issues during our stay

Rooms were remodeled and nice. Whole facility looked nice and updated. Beds were comfy and clean linens/towels. Had a rain shower head, that was a 1st for us in a motel/inn.

Older folks have hard time lifting suitcases up metal stairs, need a lift or elevator to upper floors. Rooms were perfect for our overnight stay. Would stay again but book ground level rooms.

No linens for sofa bed, other than top sheet (no pillows, no blanket) upon arrival and front desk said there wasn’t any but will check other rooms to find something. Half hour later, showed up with one pillow. Kitchenette didn’t have any paper towels or dish towel and sink faucet loose and small refrigerator didn’t get cold. Arrived late (10:30pm) and other guest had dog that barked every time walked by to unload car (felt bad for other guests).

Not my favorite budget stay in Flagstaff. I’m certain there are rooms that are in better condition and have better bathrooms at this motel. The room that I was assigned was clean but was lacking in enough ways to prompt this three star review.
