Stayed here with my family and we had a wonderful time. Great location and an amazing staff. They really went above and beyond!

After staying for 2 weeks in Brazilian hotels, it was nice to stay a couple of nights in an American owned hotel brand. The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was abundant with a lot of options. The one thing missing from all other American owned hotels was a coffee maker. As I am sure a lot of people need to do, we had to leave for the airport prior to breakfast being available. Ubless you make breakfast, you will not have coffee. Starting your day at 5am without a coffee maker in the room was not fun. I would have assumed that they would anticipate this, and offer coffee in the lobby. But no, there is no complimentary coffee as an option to breakfast.

Great!!! Has microwave, a sink, a small fridge, like a mini kitchen. Amazing. Loved it.

Old hotel being sold as modern and updated. It's not.

I travel a lot and brazil is tricky so this place gives u a nice room just what u need and food shopping money exchange all downstairs it is so convenient. Also movie theater.

Friendly and kind staff. Rates vs quality is not proportional. Breakfast options are limited. Quality of dinner was poor.

Staybridge's Suites SP is a great property. Wonderful location and exceptionally friendly staff. Our suite was clean and spacious! There was a little wear and tear - drains were rusty, water was slow to go down the drain in the shower - but these are small things. Would recommend adding a dish detergent dispenser to the kitchenette area and a sponge for washing dishes, and a recycling bin. Lovely place - would stay here again.

We used the Deluxe Room which had an amazing view. Super convenient location. Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast.

+ Chose the top level 2bdrm 2 full bath (with “bonus amenities” which equals high floor, favorable check in / check out times, no cost to use gym, etc.). This is a pretty good deal and nice apartment. It’s big—over 800 Sqr feet. Clean, plenty of room, a family room, and bathrooms and closets for both bedrooms, and a full kitchen. The views are great, high up and lots of windows. The beds are average. Each room has separate climate control. The breakfast is average or perhaps slightly better. Great gym but depending on room type there may be a charge. Location is close to most of what you’d want to visit (short uber). Generally safe area vs. others we visited. Open-air foodcourt behind property. - The pillows could be upgraded. Gym closed Sundays. No ventilation whatsoever in the bathrooms. Pool is kind of a joke; I didn’t see anyone use it in 4 days. The couch in the two bedroom should be a 3-person (not a 2 person) so you can lay down. It’s not a comfortable couch. Note, the family room pic is half the family room, and after I rearranged the furniture (I do what I want). It’s a decent place. Not ultra luxurious but felt better than a 3 star, and having a kitchen, family room and table provides space and sanity

O quarto é bom, grande, limpo. Estávamos em um grupo de 3 casais e colocaram nossos quartos próximos, o que foi ótimo. Café da manhã muito bom. Um problema foi a pia do banheiro que estava esguichando água no chão e na gente e a vazão da pia que está muito ruim. Outro problema foi serem todas as tomadas marcadas como 220V exceto uma, o que me fez pensar que ela seria 110V e queimar meu secador de cabelos

Overall it is an excellent hotel for the price, rooms were clean and with good space. The location right at the heart of Itaim was excellent as well. I had a problem with the shower where it was difficult to mix the hot and cold water due to a defective faucet. This was really irritating.

I come to Sao Paulo frequently for business and I always stay at Staybridge Suites in Itaim Bibi. The staff is lovely, the rooms are very comfortable and quiet and perfectly designed. The location is perfect and the breakfast is wonderful! The gym and pool are nice too.

I have been to São Paulo many times and saw this hotel and thought of staying in it. So, decided to give it a shot. It was an ok experience. The pool was closed on 33C day and the gym inside the hotel requires a fee. Also, pool only has sun in the AM hours.

It was great if it wasn't for the extreme rip off with laundry. I had a few items, I had no idea how to fill the paper out so I signed the paper for the cleaning lady, who does not speak a word of english, to take care of. I ordered express because they closed sundays which meant I would have to wait 2 days. I was told it would be 50% more. Fine. I literally had 2 pairs of socks, 2 leggings, one jeans, 2 bras, one bikini, 3 thongs and 2 Tops and a work out beater. I mean, total of one small plastic bag. They charged 500 BRL something??? That's 125 US dollars, 112 Euro. It basically dampered my experience. Had I known the cleaning lady would rip me off I would have gone out and bought all new for LESS. CRAZY rip off!
