Highly recommend this rental. Very clean and equipped with all of the necessities and more!! We really appreciated the attention to detail by the owners. Great location on the beach in Oceanside as well. Close to walk to the harbor, pier, shops and restaurants. We were also able to explore San Diego, Los Angeles and a lot of other places in SoCal from this location.

This condo and NCV grounds were the highlight of our stay! The view from the balcony is so awesom, the pool & hot tub were clean and comfy and the condo felt a beachy home away from home!

My sister and I thouroughly enjoyed the stay at Just Beachy. We had everything at our fingertips and so many shops and restaurants were within walking distance. We are already planning our next trip!

Lovely little studio with all the amenities you need, including beach, chairs, umbrella, cooler, towels, and toys. Proximity to the ocean and the ability to leave the door open all the time to hear the waves is the best part. Can get a little warm and muggy, depending on the weather, and there is no AC or portable AC option which we knew when we rented. Still would take a chance on the weather and stay here again. Just Beachy is just darling.

We could have stayed here for a month and not even taken our car out of the garage the location is so perfect.
And the view of the beach from the couch and balcony is perfect!

My wife and I stayed in this condo for 3 nights and it was great overall! The condo is right by the stair case that leads down to the street out of the complex and it is a very short walk to the beach from there. The balcony has a pretty unobstructed view of the beach/ocean. Pretty hard to come by for the price! Overall great bang for your buck with this property.
One thing to note, maybe my wife and i missed something, but i don’t believe this condo has AC. The weather was a high of 68-70 during our stay, so it was fine as long as we had the balcony door open. However, i think if it was any hotter it would have been uncomfortable.
Overall would definitely recommend!

Nice property my only criticism is finding the place and parking is not that easy and there is major construction on the Beach going on so its not usable right now. .

We loved this condo, very well equipped with things that you might need. Clean and well decorated, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and plan to return. Our only minor complaint is the outdoor seating could be a little more comfortable. But there was ample seating with ocean views.

There is nothing better than walking into a condo and the ocean breeze hitting you in the face. The location, cleanliness, and comfort of this condo was top notch. It wasn’t noisy at all and the sound of the ocean at night, we slept like babies. Perfect place for a getaway.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Had our coffee looking at the ocean from the deck. Everything we needed was in the unit. Convenient to dining options. Enjoyed sunsets on the beach. Great break from the cold Mid-west!

We had an awesome stay in this condo unit! The location was excellent. The place itself was super cute, comfortable, clean and so well organized! We came from Michigan and had some travel/weather related delays and Lorraine was so helpful and very communicative with us. Can’t wait to return!

We wanted beachfront in a quiet area for the 2nd part of our trip to Southern California. Just Beachy fit the bill perfectly! Awesome location of the unit for sunrises and sunsets. The constant sound of the waves, just perfect. The unit was perfectly stocked, but we didn't get to use much as we were out enjoying the area most of the days, but it was so comfortable to come back to at the end of the day.
Lorraine was very helpful before we got there and throughout our stay. Highly recommend Lorraine and Just Beachy.

This studio is fantastic for a couple! Exceptionally clean, organized and comfortable. The owner was outstanding with her communication and the digital guide is very helpful. I've stayed several times at NCV in the past and this studio is hands-down my favorite.

It was better than expected. Everything was better than expected. The view was outstanding, the accommodations were beautiful, clean and spacious. The owners thought of everything to make the stay perfect and carefree for anyone renting their condo. We plan on renting this particular condo again and would highly recommend it to anyone.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful condo. It was absolutely magical. We spent most of the time on the balcony watching the waves break. It was especially beautiful at night when the lights on the Pier came on. The decor of the condo was very nice and the kitchen had everything one could want. Lorraine was an excellent host. Everything was great!

Amazing stay
We really enjoyed staying here! The unit has everything you need and loved being able to take the wagon with all the beach gear down to the beach. You can hear the ocean waves from inside with the screen door open. Highly organized unit and not one detail has been missed. Would stay again!

Celebrated my wife’s 40th at “Just Beachy” condo for a couple nights. The condo is Very romantic, remodeled, very clean and organized. The condo compound is right on the beach and has everything you need. Perfectly located in a quiet Northend of Oceanside, but short walking distance to the restaraunts/bar/pier area. The property manager Lorraine provided outstanding service in regard to communication and organization. She was very thorough and committed to making our stay problem free and enjoyable. I wish Lorraine was our property manager at home. Highly recommend staying here. We will likely come back to Oceanside and stay in this exact same condo.

Excellent communication with Lorraine, she answered my questions straight away. When we arrived we noticed there wasn’t a kettle so Lorraine got one delivered within the hour. Condo is just a short walk to the beach. Thanks Lorraine for letting us stay at your lovely condo.

Just Beachy was new for us…and now we will never choose elsewhere after this. You cannot beat the location, the cleanliness, the cute decor, the ocean air, the owners, the super comfy bed, the beach gear, etc, etc, etc! Lorraine and Larry have literally thought of everything and they show they cherish their guests. We felt so welcome! We had a blast! So very grateful we found this amazing place! Working on scheduling for next year already!
