It was a very clean room. The location was perfect. Close to many restaurants, a wonderful park, and easy access to public transportation. You could even walk to anywhere you would like to

In my room there was a locked door with a machine that was making noises from time to time. It would have be nice to have a fake wall and the door being somewhere else 😅

Lack of real clothes storage other than som clothes hooks. Would have preferred a small wardrobe.

Engelstalig personeel, was op zich wel vriendelijk, locatie was ok, op 30 min stappen van centrum. Badkamer basic maar proper. Ontbijt was oké.

Value for money, and the inflexibilty of the booking process. I made an error booking and within 1minute of this tried cancelling and was told 'no' with a poor explanation around the t&c;s and something to do with not being able to offer good prices without compromising. No consideration to the customer i.e. me having booked the wrong location in Amsterdam. It seriously impacted my stay, due to added complexities given it was the wrong area of Amsterdam. That aside - for the amount I paid, the shower room was so small with no ventilation - meaning the only way to air it was to keep the door open.

I liked how friendly the staff were. And that we are able to keep our luggage for free, for a few hours.

Noise! The soundproofing inside the hotel is non-existent, we could hear each word said and every door opened all the time, with many guests going in and out every night till 3 am. The shower was a bit stuck and not easy to open or close (room 315)

1 kamer stonk vreselijk naar riolering, en op de verdieping van de andere kamer was een renovatie gaande. Om 8 uur in de ochtend al lawaaierige bouwvakkers en gereedschapsherrie. Dus we hebben vervroegd uitgecheckt.

The location is great and the hotel looks good.

We had a very uncomfortable 2 nights as the bed was broken. At reception they were not receptive to our complaint - to be fair they were very busy. I saw the price of rooms being advertised online at rates considerably cheaper than what we paid. The decor is a bit tired and needs refreshing. Bathrooms are very good.

Le faite d’être au sous sol alors que je n’avais pas sélectionné sa. L’odeur étais désagréable une odeur d’égout.

The location was everything!!! Amazing loved it and will definitely go for this location again!

La habitación impecable y la ubicación igual. Recomiendo a todo el mundo reservar en este hotel. El baño genial y no tuvimos problema con nada.

Close to the city center

When we ask for the room to be made after two nights, towels were not changed, bed linings were not as well, the bed has just been remade with the same dirty sheets. The shower gel, empty was not refilled so we did not have shower gel. And on top of that, I even found traces of fecal matters not cleaned in the toilets when we arrived… poor cleaning of the room.

очень приятный и дружелюбный персонал в отеле. номер немного тесноват на двоих персон, но в целом можно было и усидеться. расположение удобное, в пяти минутах был трамвай, и легкая развязка. завтрак тоже был отличный!

Die Lage war ganz gut - nicht weit von Museumsplatz, Cafes und Restaurants.

Unser Budget-Zimmer war super klein und etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Konum olarak merkeze yürüme mesafesindeydi fakat bir yarım saat yürümek gerekebilir. Tramvay durakları çok yakın o yüzden ben hep tramvayı kullandım.Özellikle oda çok konforlu. Yatak ve yastıklar gayet rahattı. Temizlik konusunda bir sorun görmedim. Ben iki gün konakladım. Oda servisi başarılıydı. En üst katın bir kat altında kaldım ve camda geniş bir oturma alanı vardı. tam olarak kahve içmelik bir manzaraya sahipti. Tekrar Amsterdam’a gittiğimde kalmak isterim açıkçası. Ayrıca checkin ve check Out sırasında valizlerinizi alıyorlar.

Gece klimamın çalışmadığını fark ettim. Resepsiyondaki görevliye söylediğimde ancak sabah yapılabileceğini söyledi. Ocak ayında konakladığım için birtık soğuk bir gece geçirdim.
