This spacious apartment (125m2) is located on the ground floor of a beautiful large villa which is surrounded by an established garden with flowering bushes and Mediterranean plants. It is near the small town of Pechão. In Pechão, which is 200-300 metres away, you find everything you need - restaurants and bars, cafés, supermarkets and shops. The town of Olhão with its wonderful fish market and relaxing boat trips to the islands is 3 km away.

The villa is located on a hill, in a quiet position and it has panoramic views of the landscape and from a distance, you can see the Atlantic and the islands such as Ilha Culatra. The beaches are 10 km away. The location is private and is not overlooked.

It has Wi-Fi Internet and air-conditioning. There is an air-conditioning unit in one of the bedrooms and one in the living room which is sufficient to cool the kitchen and the dining area. Each bedroom also has a ceiling fan.

The apartment is very well furnished and equipped. There are 2 large bedrooms (one with double bed 180 x 200 cm and the other with double bed 160 x 200 cm and large single 120 x 200 cm). There are two bathrooms with shower.

The apartment can accommodate 4-6 people.

Large living room with satellite TV, sofa bed, dining area and fireplace. The living room opens onto a large covered terrace with garden furniture for dining outside. The swimming pool is large (10.5 m × 5.5 m) and has a Jacuzzi and is surrounded by large terraces with sun loungers. To one end of the pool you will find a summer house complete with a brick barbecue, sink, fridge/freezer, table and chairs and everything needed to prepare meals (cutlery, glasses etc). On the other side, there is a small building with toilets and shower for the pool. Please note that the pool will be shared if there are people staying in the apartment above.

The kitchen is well-equipped (oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, electric coffee machine, toaster, microwave with grill, electric grill for cooking meat or fish, kettle, etc). There is a separate utility room with two washing machines and tumble dryer.

Housekeeper during the week, air-conditioning, household linen, and end of stay cleaning included in the price. Towels for the swimming pool are at your disposal.

Faro and its airport are about 10 km to the south, as well as the beaches.
