Quiet and nice neighborhood, kids had fun catching mangrove snapper from the back of the house and extremely comfy beds! However, be prepared to sign an extremely long contract and any questions you have for the realty company you will just be referred back to that (even if you try asking 3 different ways). But thankfully you dont have to deal with them after you've booked! 😊

Love the safety of our teenagers being able to wander due to it being a gated community. Peaceful. Close to some amazing restaurants. Love the view!

Everything was great until check out and they acted like I was lying about bringing a dog because there was hair in one room. They even went as far as a say I must have a very hairy friend. Seeing as though there were about 1000 dogs in that neighborhood I don’t why we got a hard time to begin with. We wouldn’t have signed a paper saying no pets and brought a pet… glad it seems like they cleared that up.

I ranked this property average due to property not being updated. The home smelled musty the first couple of days of our stay. There were a few spots of mold on trim and wall. The view was fantastic and boat docking was a plus. Some of the water key employees are not friendly and some of the venture outdoor security guards are not friendly either. I would go back to the house for another vacation for the price I paid.

This place was as decribed and we had a great time

I was skeptical of this place because of my experience with the rental company in addition to there being only one review, but this rental did not disappoint. The location was perfect in the complex. Close to the entrance, pool & swimming area. The house was very very clean and furnished up to date. It met all of our needs utensils and dishes wise for cooking each night and linens plentiful for 6. Master Bed comfortable and a/c very cold. All appliances and electronics worked well. Internet a plus. Two bicycles and one kayak. Kids loved the downstairs sitting area and fished every day in the canal. Only con I have is the rental company. Other than that I give the property 5⭐️

This house was great for our family. Two Adults, two teenage girls, and two kids age 8 & 6. The house and property has plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The area under house was my favorite. We were able to escape the heat, cook out, relax in the outdoor seating area, and enjoy my coffee in rocking chairs in the morning. We had dolphins swimming by one morning. The kids enjoyed the ability to ride there bikes all over the property and I was not concerned for there safety. The older girls enjoyed the beach property and jumping off into the ocean swimming area. The younger girls enjoyed the pool EVERYDAY. The community store is a short bike ride and has everything you need. The House itself had plenty of towels and pillows for everyone.The washer and dryer our excellent quality. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, glassware and a crockpot. We meet so many wonderful locals during our week long stay, we had a snorkeling trip, deep sea fishing excursion, many days in Key west, which is a short and beautiful 30 minute drive, and my personal favorite the Turtle hospital in marathon. I high recommend this house and property. We live in Florida and travel often, this has been one of our favorite trips.

This place was perfect for a weekend getaway in the lower keys. Its a great 2 bed/2 bath home on the water and everything worked well.
