Fun place for a weekend with the boys. The game room is really fun and we spent most of our time there. Great screened in patio out back and an awesome grill. Really cozy entertainment room with big tv, couch and bar area. 3 bathrooms too. Really great. Host was very responsive to messaging. Would recommend.

Stayed with a group of 8 for a long weekend of golf and other fun activities. This house worked out perfectly. I really enjoyed the game room and comfy couches. The house supplied many extras items which was very helpful.

Really enjoyed the house for a weekend away with friends. Sleeping rooms were good, and lots of common area including a large dining area (table for 8-10+), screened in porch dining, and living room seating for 8. Game room was awesome, with darts, pingpong, pool, shuffleboard, and more. Lawn games also available including cornhole & canjam (though we didn't see a frisbee). If there was one gripe about the house, it'd be that the kitchen wasn't particularly well stocked with pots/pans, but that wasnt a big issue for us as we used the grill extensively instead which is great. Thank you for having us at your great house!

This property was as expected. Clean and comfortable. The game room was lot of fun. Plenty of room to spread out your group, or have everyone together in the same space for a movie or dinner.

We had a great weekend, including watching wildlife from the deck. One issue with jetted tub cleanliness was addressed on the second day of our stay, which was appreciated. Spacious house with a fun game room!

Alex was an amazing host! She was so easy to deal with ... prompt, precise and honest. The location was great ... about 10 min to Camelback and about 25 to Shawnee. House was a perfect fit for our group of 12 (6 adults and 6 kids). Game room was a hit with the kids! It was where they spent most of their time! Def bring your own board games if that interests you. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the things you need to cook! Bedrooms also came with all the necessities. Washer and dryer a great bonus too!

This home is not only beautiful, clean and spacious, it also has everything you could need for a relaxing stay. Our group of 12 was easily able to spread out, as well as spend much needed quality time together. The kids loved the playroom almost as much as the adults did! The care and pride the owners take in their home is evident throughout every room. Having stayed at many properties in this area, I have to say this one is my favorite. We can't wait to come back! My friends and I had a great weekend at Allie’s house. The check in process and communication with Allie couldn’t have been easier. The house was very nice and spotless when we got there. The game room was our favorite part! The house slept 12 people comfortably and I recommend anyone to rent this house from Allie! We will definitely be renting this house again! Thanks again Allie!

The house was located in a nice neighborhood, place was very clean, and had everything you needed. From towels to cookware.

Great house with plenty of amenities. Well stocked kitchen made it easy to prepare food for a big group, game room was great except for the pool table doesnt release balls properly. Otherwise we had a great experience. Thanks again!

We had problems locking and unlocking the house, but owner availability was excellent. There were minor issues - pool cues without tips or worn. Table not quite level. Two soap dispensers empty. Weak shower water pressure. Using kayaks inconvenient. Expect no cable TV (bring a mobile account with password). Basement bed unsuitable for adults. Not the best place for outdoor games. But the deck fire pit is great. The house is big with options for hanging out. Game room was used extensively. Kitchen fine (only 7 forks). Location good, but lake access is limited. Sounds worse than it was. We had an excellent time and took 3 day trips. Check out town of Jim Thorpe!

Overall we were very satisfied with the property. The house is beautiful and the host, Allie, was great. She was very attentive to needs and was usually quick to respond. Unfortunately, there were a few issues, one being the air conditioning wasn't working. It was fixed but only on the day we were leaving. Also there was a broken step to the lower level. As mentioned above, Allie was great and had any issues resolved as quickly as possible. We had a great stay and have no hesitation to stay here again!

Could not have asked for a better rental! The house provided all of the supplies we needed, including all toiletries and cooking utensils. The check in/out process were very clear and simple, which was super nice. We had lots of fun using the google home speaker and game room! We did not find much hiking close by, but Bushkill Falls and Big Pocono State Park are about a 40min drive away. It’s also important to note that you would need a car that could fit kayaks on top to bring them from the house to the lake unless you want to carry them half a mile. Other than that, we had a great experience. Definitely would book again!

The good: The location of the house itself is a reason to book this property. You are a 5' walk away from a launching area for the lakes and have several other attractions nearby. Also, the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. The house is very spacious, has comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, and contains all of the supplies you need to grill, cook, or bake. Also, the game room is great! Lots of room for a large group of people and several different activities to take part in. There is also the game Can-Jam in the basement. Alexandria is a great host and very responsive, I never waited more than half an hour for an answer. The bad: Overall, the house itself was good. However, there were a few minor inconveniences. Many of the windows, except for those in bedrooms, had no blinds. When we went, the trees provided little to no privacy so keep that in mind if it's a big factor for you. Additionally, most of the windows got stuck after opening them and/or became incredibly difficult to close. One of the doorknobs fell off and the fan in the master bedroom visibly rocks and loudly squeaks when turned on. Lastly, the outside of the house is not the cleanest: there are cans and litter, the outdoor trash cans were not clean, and the porches could use a powerwash/spray down. tldr: The location and host are amazing and the house is in decent condition, just in need of TLC in some areas. I would book again in the future.
