This property was very spacious and flexible. It was great for our family. There were a few things not attended to before we got there: -I needed to attend to the wet laundry in the washer to make up a beds in the front room and I found a flat sheet to cover the crib mattress. - We had brought extra towels with us, which covered us for the ones that were not available. If there are not going to be kitchen towels, you might want to remove that from your list. For a first time Vrbo user I found check-in a bit confusing as there were no door fobs or parking passes. It works great without them, but found the information in the notes created confusion. All in all we were able to easily adjust and found the condo to be comfortable and would consider coming back again Ryan, thanks for taking care of details and the batteries for the lock. Thank you also to the owners renting to us. Sandbridge has always been a wonderful beach.

This condo was beautiful,nice and quiet. I will definitely come back and stay here again. Ryan was phenomenal.

My family and I came to celebrate a few bdays in our family and just wanted a nice place to stay and the place we stayed in was very clean, comfortable, and right by the beach so we loved it!!

Excellent location right on the beach. Comfortable accommodation with enough room to spread out - we were a multi-generational family ages 10 through 80. Ryan is excellent at communicating and helping address any issues. Would recommend the property.
