Property is very well located, there is shopping and groceries nearby and easy to jump on main artery streets to get around town. Very nice, safe neighborhood, parking excellent. The apartment is amazing - brand new everthing, very modern, and adorable decor. Living room very spacious and comfortable, with nice big tv. Bedrooms also spacious and beds comfortable. Nice linens, warm and comfie. Kitchen well stocked. We really felt at home and enjoyed our 12 day stay. Hosts were friendly and helpful, responding to answer any questions we had quickly. Definitely will stay here again when back in town.

It was better than a hotel. Gave us room to move around in and not feel cramped.

I understand it was beyond the person's fault, but we were in the basement, and the heated floors were not working . I figure he would get someone out there asap to fix it..had a blanket wrapped around me the whole time...the bed only had a mattress on the frame no box spring...I have bad knees and I had to roll out of the bed...

We only survived one night. So nothing.

It is not clearly defined as two units. When we arrived we followed the directions to get into our unit, the upstairs folks did not and scared us by repeatedly trying to open our locked door. We had zero ability to warm up the space, the AC never shut off. We had the option of using the radiant floors ran by Alexa but they did not work. As a final issue, both sinks were leaking and the property owner wanted us to call a local plumber! There is no stove, there are no sofa beds… they are sofas. The second day we were there, I contacted the property owner and Booking.com and finally had to leave since we could not stand to stay in the unit. The entire place is ran from Alexa and that did not feel safe, including a smart mirror in the bathroom. I did not feel safe, and could not use major parts of the unit. We were refunded a portion but not the entire amount. Communication was horrible between Booking.com and the property owner. I will not use Booking.com again.

What’s not to like!!

This was a cute little place my kids loved it

How quickly and easy the whole process was and the promptness in response when a question came about. The hosts were so extremely helpful and kind and the amenities and additional add ons they included were beautifully thought out and amazingly well done.

Pricing, but this aspect is understood being that it was late notice and the location and how very well the hosts were to us. I would pay the price for this type of service and stay any time.
