Same issues others had with entering the property and again good instructions on using door lock besides the code. No pictures of the inside of unit. No designated parking spots. You search and seek. Definitely no parking in front of unit. We didn’t use any of the facilities enhancements. We enjoyed our stay at this property and would go back

Pool is a block away not right out the door. Pool was always dirty. Was a hassle to get into the property. Parking sucks!!! We got towed, they only give 2 parking passes but state there are 3! We had to ask for household things that already should be in the house. Heads up of where to find the trash bin, wouldve been nice! More utensils, knives, pots and pans would help, some families like to cook. Any stores are quite a distance away.

We chose this property for a baseball tournament in ABQ. The group consisted of two families (3 people each) 6 people total. The house can accommodate more - 8-10 comfortably. Great location- very secure (in a gated community) and quiet. Easy access to everything. House consisted of four separate bedrooms each with its own bathroom which was amazing. Host was responsive and they have a great onsite team. The washing machine was broken, but the onsite team actually picked up our laundry (baseball uniforms) every evening and washed them, returned in the morning. GREAT service. We really enjoyed our stay - highly recommend!

We really enjoyed the stay with our family groupsize of 8. The only issue we had was with the gate opener bar code not working. We had to dial the property owner to get in each time our 2 cars needed entry. Although we were let in promptly (thank you), we felt bad having to dial in late and/or multiple times. Overall we really enjoyed the space and the ammenities.

The check in process was incredibly frustrating. When we finally found the lock box that was supposed to let us in the gate, it was empty. We messaged the host several times and after about an hour someone came directly to the unit bypassing us at the gate trying to get in. The scan code for the gate was in the unit and not at the gate as the instructions said. The floor was sticky and the unit felt like a missmash of things someone left when they moved out. Of of the bathrooms had a very large bottled of soap meant for restocking handsoap and no soap dispenser. We were told to leave the scan code and one set of the keys in a lockbox on the back door. There is no lockbox on the back door. Extra blankets and a fullsize coffee pot would have been nice. The carpets had stains. We made the reservstion for 9 people and were messaged by the host the day of our reservation saying this unit accomodatess 8 people even though the property advertisement said it would accommodate more.

The location was great, easy to get to the freeway and back to the airport. The house is nice with the rooms all having their own bathroom. Some small things were not working or broken but it wasn’t life changing… I wish the pool was warmer and the hot tub was a hot tub. It was as ice cold as the pool. The gym facility was great with lots of equiptmant. Make sure you keep your parking pass in the window Untill you drive out to leave for hood or you will get towed. I took mine out an hour before we checked out so I wouldn’t drive off with it and get charged then we walked out to take the trash out and our bags and the tow truck was about to hook up our rental! He was nice and didn’t but Jeeze.. that could have been really bad. Overall it was an ok stay for the price .

7 adults stayed here. Close to everything and very airport friendly. Very clean place and more than enough room for all of us. Host was awesome and responsive!

Great Host, he was very responsive and the property description was accurate! The location is amazing as it’s close to downtown and airport.
