Location was great

Refrigerator broken, light fixture broken, dirt when we to there. Called the number for maintenance. They came and tried to fix the refrigerator and the light fixture but neither one got fixed the whole five days we were there. The Wi-Fi didn’t worked either. There was brown poop looking smears on the floor, carpet and one of the chairs. This vacation management company needs to fire bottom the maintenance and for sure their cleaning company.

The property was absolutely beautiful and the view was great! Just a short walk down to the beach. It was hard for us to leave and we can’t wait to visit again! The only negative comment I would have is for the communication of the management for the property. They WILL not contact you back if you need assistance in something with the property and they’re rude. Luckily, a supervisor named Julie V. went above and beyond assisting me with a small situation that I needed help with. She had everything cleared up within 3 hours. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

Property was fantastic!!! The management communication needs improving.
