A few small issues but over all i was happy with the place.

Spent over two hours trying everything to get the codes for entry. The phone number from reservation and internet kept saying number no longer in service. Had to quickly make other arrangements. Never stayed in unit. Now the owner wants to charge me.

Great location for Orlando fun. Spacious for a family of 5. Only thing is put all food in fridge, or ants will attack it!

This condo was spacious, clean, and in close proximity to everything that Orlando has to offer.

This is the third time I've stayed at Vista Cay while attending a conference at the Orange County Convention Center, and I'm sure to stay again. I've always had a good experience. It would be nice if they could make extra towels and toilet paper more accessible for properties that are farther from the clubhouse, and this property needs the WiFi code posted somewhere so guests don't have to track down the owner for the WiFi password. Other than that, everything was clean and as described, and these units are more affordable and more comfortable than the hotels near the convention center. Being close to Publix and some restaurants is a great plus, but the pools and hot tubs are even better.

The location of this property could not be beat for our purposes. We needed a fully supplied kitchen, which this property had. The rooms were well furnished and comfortable. Only complaint was that we had difficulty working the cable boxes and tvs. Seemed there were remotes missing, especially in the bedrooms. But overall, I would highly recommend this property and would gladly stay again.

The condo was a great size with great location close to shopping and easy check in process. Will definitely book again!

Came for a short visit to visit my parents on Thanksgiving. This property is amazing and we will definitely try to book it when we visit again. Very well appointed and spacious. Lots of storage. Comfortable beds and couch. Top notch. My only suggestion is to add a bench in the primary bathroom shower. Other than that, one of the best properties we have stayed in and highly recommend.

Stay was great, the condo was clean, and the location is excellent. Pools were both very nice, the view from the balcony can’t be beat. Grocery store, dining, and a Dunkin’ with. A short walk. Property management was extremely helpful. The coffee maker didn’t work the first day, not a huge deal, they replaced it immediately. Really was a perfect place for our stay.

This is our second time staying at Vista Cay, same building different apartments. The location is perfect for us, close to OCCC, to all parks, a walking distance Publix and restaurants. No need for renting a car, we UBER. $25 from airport to Vista, $9 from Vista to OCCC, etc.. big savings in transportation. What I really like about the apartment is the location, it has a kitchen, Laundry, very clean, quiet neighbors... We will be back on January and Sept 2023.

The condo was clean and ready when we arrived. It was very close to the Convention Center where our event was held and also close to several activities and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again! BTW - you could see the fireworks clearly from the balcony! Very nice stay!

Our stay was good. Property was maintained well. Clean and accessible to many attractions. The only negative is they dont do much about other condos causing too much noise all hours of the night even when you call security or front office to explain this was an issue.

From the very start with booking this condo, we had an excellent experience. Torgeir was quick to get back with me in my initial message and then when I requested to extend our stay. Checking in and out was super simple too. This was a very clean condo (way cleaner than hotels). Great place and location with all the amenities with a quick walk to the pool. This condo is so close to Publix and many restaurants. I would highly recommend this host and condo. Thank you for a great stay!

I was very pleased with this rental. The condo was very nice and well kept. The location was fantastic, we were just a short drive to most everywhere. Would definitely recommend this rental to my friends.

Great location and very clean condo Suited out needs just right

Hotel location is great close to everything. But there was a lot of ants in the kitchen. And the couch was peeling really bad. Holes in the wall. Pillows were so soft like you wasn’t sleeping on anything which was very uncomfortable. Weird smell outside that gave me a bad migraine.

Nice - would stay again. Fees jacked the price up beyond what was advertised but within reason. You don't receive a lot of amenities considering all the fees added to nightly rate.

No complaints everything was clean would definitely go back!

We were in Orlando for a volleyball tournament. The condo was within walking distance of the OC convention center. It was also very close to all the theme parks. The condo was spacious and clean and we really enjoyed our stay here!

The unit was not what was pictured when you look online. The unit we saw online had hardwood floor, ours did not. We did not realize we were not guaranteed the one we looked at online. The leather furniture was peeling bad. Blinds did not work. Windows were very dirty. The safe in the closet did not work. There are 2 different pool areas, again, we were not near the pool that is pictured. The smaller pool area was nice but did not have the amenities the larger pool area had. The hot tub jets did not work. We had very noisy people above us....they clearly had hardwood floor and we could hear every step. (I realize this is not the fault of the resort) Publix is close by which was very convenient. Workers were friendly. I would say this place was okay for the money but I would spend more for another place next time.

We stayed here for our trip to Universal and the location is great. The condo is nice with just a few issues...it’s very loud and noisy (it’s a condo) so you constantly hear door slams, people talking or walking down the hall. The other complaint I have is the bed in the master bedroom really needs updating the mattress has a large dip in which for me caused lots of back pain. The condo is also very bare as far as supplies go so if you plan on cooking you have to buy all things like spices, butter, oil, aluminum foil, ziplocks, dishwasher soap, trash bags, TP. Etc. The pools were nice and the area the condo is in is nice with lots of places to eat on international Drive. Check in process isn’t bad but please note the guest house to check in is not necessarily at the property but it’s near it. We liked the gated community part. Plenty of room for family of 4-6.

The couch needs to be updated it looks like it came from a garage sale The leather was all bad.and the beds and pillows where too hard. Other than that it was awesome..

The owner was responsive to any questions prior to my arrival. Great location with easy access to interstate and grocery store within walking distance. Only complaint was the cleaning service prior to our arrival. Carpets were dirty(I vacuumed) and the sink drain was plugged which caused the dishwasher to not clean properly(maintainable did fix it though) and the windows needed to be cleaned. All minor things that except for the windows were quickly taken care of.

We had a very nice time and the condo was great sized. Plenty of space for 6 people and lots to do in the area. When we come back we will definitely be staying in the same place!
