We loved this condo! Even though it is a bit small, with some unusual angles, whomever renovated and decorated it made great use of every available space. Everything is high quality and thoughtfully done. The kitchen is well appointed with anything you would need to make up a meal and the appliances and cooking tools are good quality. the view from the deck is fantastic and it is in walking distance to all the restaurants and shopping on Flagler and a short drive to the more trendy Canal street. Also close to grocery and pharmacies if needed. A great get-a-away!

The property was impeccable. We absolutely wished for nothing. It was so very well accommodating and clean with a beautiful view we would stay here again, and highly recommend it to our friends and family. Thank you to the property manager and owner. You make a great team.

The property was nicely updated and very clean. The property is conveniently located near to Flagler Avenue where all the shops and restaurants are, the Publix grocery store and of course the beach. I highly recommend staying at this property.

My wife and I went to NSB for jazz festival!! We very much enjoyed our stay here. It is very close to Flagler Avenue and all the venues. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return.

Cindy's place was perfect for our stay. The bathrooms and kitchen were very clean and provided everything we needed. It was right on the beach with beautiful views of the ocean. She was very easy to get in contact with and even allowed us to check in a little early since the place was ready. She has many other beautiful properties we will check out for our next vacations. Walking distance to everything in New Smyrna Beach!

The condo was very nice and well thought out. Because we flew in, it was nice to have the beach chairs in the condo. Located easily in walking distance to any restaurant, bar, or shopping you may want to do.

Location could not be better, right on the beach! Condo is beautifully renovated and has everything you need for a perfect beach vacation. Brand new appliances, modern bathrooms. They even have beach chairs and beach umbrellas. Balcony is the best.

Great location to restaurants on Flager Ave, perfect view of beach and ocean. We even saw a launch from Cape Canaveral during our stay which was exciting. Updated appliances and dishes were nice.

Great oceanfront location! So convenient to just go down the elevator and be on the beach. It’s also within walking distance of all the restaurants and shops on Flagler. Perfect place to stay for the Sharkbite half marathon. It’s right at mile 13 so it’s right by the start/finish line. Hope to visit again!

We came here after a few days at the Gulf. Love NSB and have spent many years coming here, first from NY and post retirement. SC. The condo is just as described. Kitchen well equipped, view spectacular and location is fantastic. We will come again!

Our family enjoyed some time away during the long Thanksgiving weekend. The property manager was easy to communicate with and accommodating to our needs. The unit was clean and comfortable, and the location was great. Would recommend this property to anyone looking to enjoy some great beach views and fun on Flagler Ave.

Pros: Great location right on the beach and within walking distance of several bars and restaurants. The condo was clean and just as pictured. It was nice that they provided beach chairs and towels.
Cons: The door's keypad did not work, and the owner was unable to fix it during our stay. Although we were given access to a single key, it was a hassle dealing with the lockbox every time we needed to get into the condo.

We love coming to New Smyrna and this condo is our favorite place we’ve stayed at by far! It was very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. It has a direct ocean front view from balcony and the condominium building itself is very well kept. It’s located near publix and all the best restaurants. We will absolutely be booking this place next time we come!

Five stars does not do this place justice. Such a beautiful, clean, cozy home located right on the beach in the most convenient location. Flagler Ave is a block away with a ton of restaurants and stores. Beds are super comfortable, even the sofa bed. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked. They even provide a cooler, beach chairs, mats and umbrellas. You don’t have to bring anything! The balcony is roomy and the views of the ocean and sunrise are amazing. The pool is very nice, clean and a good size. Also, Cindy was so kind and sweet. There was a hurricane during our stay. She called in advance to make sure we would be okay, offered to bring us things and gave us lots of tips on how to stay safe. This place is a gem. We had the best stay!

This condo was beautiful and met our needs perfectly! Waking up to the sound of the ocean and the sunrise was magical!! The balcony view of the beach was incredible. All the comforts of home were provided. I was concerned about parking for our second car but street parking is available just 2 blocks away. We enjoyed Toni and Joe’s restaurant right next door and walked to a few other places nearby on Flagler Ave. great location! We thoroughly enjoyed our beach weekend!!!

Condo was clean, well cared for, and well furnished. Views of the beach and ocean from the lanai were spectacular. Great location for strolling on the beach and on Flagler Ave. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location and the condo 8th floor was perfect. We had surf and pool at within steps of our condo. Communication with property owner was quick and efficient, otherwise felt very private accommodations. Close to Flagular Avenue and great shopping and restaurants within short distance. Close to Publix for supplies then back to the beach. Would highly recommend.

Great place but need to put ceiling fan in to help keep it cool the air on 70 just doesn’t keep it cool had to buy fans to keep cool. But that’s with all the units.

We had a 4 day baseball tournament and wanted to have a home away from home. Somewhere we could relax after the game, go to the beach and or pool. Great location and close to everything you need!

Great place to rent! My husband and I had a great time at this property. Will definitely be back again. Property was very clean great location and everybody there on their staff was very friendly and helpful.
