We made a quick trip to Lubbock for a Tech Baseball game. Tried to make arrangements to check in early without success, due to no response from the property manager. No apology for not getting back to me either. Just a new message with the code for me to get in. It says they will work with you on checking in early or a late check out. Not sure how that is possible without a reply. A little frustrating since we drove 5 hours to get to Lubbock, and just wanted to change clothes before heading to the game. Instead we changed in the parking lot.

The owner charges $100 after the fact because they state we left the property in terrible shape. We put all used/dirty towels in front of the washer and dryer. We didn't use the bed sheets or use the comforters on the beds except one room and we washed dishes but left in sink to dry. We threw out all the trashes. Other than leaving clean dishes in the sink and not taking comforter and sheets off the beds, I'm not sure what mess they are talking about. If they want us to leave it ready for the next renter than why do we pay a cleaning fee originally? We have stayed at a million places and no one has ever charged us after the fact. If they wanted an extra $100 for rent, I would have paid it upfront. It's about the principle of the matter here. Don't even mess with this location unless you want to get charged more after the fact. I can't even send a message to the owner after the rental but can get billed an extra charge??? Nonsense.

This house was just the cutest and in the words of my daughter’s friends aesthetically pleasing lol. I booked this place as a little girls get away and it was perfect! The back yard chef kiss! Such a Cherry on top to the house! Elizabeth was very responsive to any questions we might’ve asked. Overall great experience and would book again if we ever want a little get away!

Very short trip to Lubbock to get my son moved into his new apartment for school. We rented this house on very short notice. The owner was very accommodating and easy to communicate with when needed. Check in was very easy. The house was clean and cozy. The beds were very comfortable. There were 7 in my group and enough beds for us all. The yard was great for my little dogs. I would definitely stay here again.

The house is small for 8 people. (1300 sf) but clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The beds are comfortable. Fence is not totally secure for a small dog.

Elizabeth was very easy to work with and answered all of our concerns and questions right away. The house inside is decorated very cute (needs some curtains in the bedrooms) and was very clean. There is coffee and a coffee maker but make sure to bring some creamer or sweetener. It would be great to have some dressers or something to put your luggage on. The front of the house (not pictured) is not very appealing, when we first pulled up we were kind of scared (all women) because it looks sketchy from the outside. The backyard does have a firepit but the backyard itself needs work and some TLC. Again, Elizabeth was wonderful.
