La necesidad d aprender 3 códigos para entrar,ya q t puedes quedar sin batería en el móvil y no podríamos acceder a él al carecer de tarjeta y personal.

Un véritable placard, une chaleur atroce, pas de possibilité d’ouvrir la fenêtre. Odeur nauséabonde. Pas d’isolation on entends tout, le personnel de ménage fait un bruit atroce chaque matin.

Todo nuevo, recién reformado, muy limpio, estancias super bien organizadas con cargadores, enchufes, baldas, armarios, repisas, enseres para cocinar,todo bien pensado y baño limpio con toallas etc..

Que no hay nadie ..ni en recepción ni en el edificio, si te falla por algún motivo los codigos o necesitas ayuda ,solo hay un teléfono, llamamos una vez al llegar porque la puerta cuesta de abri tienes que empujar mucho y no contestó nadie, por suerte no tuvimos q volver a llamar pero tampoco nos devolvieron la llamada

Goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding, perfecte locatie, soepel geregeld met inchecken zonder personeel (geen sleutels nodig, dus ook gemakkelijk met groep). Appartement was netjes schoon. Goede deal voor deze locatie.

Geen reactie op whatsapp berichten, geen mogelijkheid om bagage te stallen, verschillende spam berichten via booking.com en whatsapp vooraf aan het verblijf, waarover niet goed gecommuniceerd werd. Zeer warm in de kamer door een warme muur door verwarmingsbuizen, dit is dus niet te regelen. Gelukkig konden we in Maart de ruimte goed koelen met het open raam. Laat je niet misleiden door de foto's, het appartement is zeer klein en heeft geen écht aparte slaapkamers, voor deze prijs en locatie wel in orde.

Super appartemen. Bien agencé et cosy pour une famille de 4 personnes. Bien placé et facile d'accès.

Attention, eau de la douche soit très chaude voire brûlante soit froide. Pas facile pour les enfants.

el trato al cliente es pesimo, la suciedad de el bloque es pesima, y el servicio telefonico fatal, no saben hablar otro idioma que no sea frances

Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut und das Apartment geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es war sauber und im Grunde mit (fast) allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht.

Größter Störfaktor war die Dunkelheit. Wir hatten bei Reservierung mit einem Zimmer mit Fenster gerechnet. Dieses war streng genommen auch vorhanden, nur: ließ es sich 1. nicht öffnen und 2. hat man das Bett verrückt, um das bodentiefe Fenster dann doch wenigstens einen Spalt weit zu öffnen, wurde klar, weshalb es trotz Fenster so düster im Zimmer blieb: die Aussicht war eine Wand. Bei einem derart beengten Apartment, macht das alles noch beengter. Das Personal war zwar bemüht, eine alternative Unterkunft für uns zu finden, das hat in derselben Gegend jedoch leider nicht geklappt, weshalb wir blieben.

Gute Lage, Einkaufsladen in der Nähe, Küchenniesche vorhanden, Bad war gut, Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurde nach paar Nächten gewechselt, man hat kaum was gehört durch die Fenster (gut dicht)

Etwas unsauber, Schimmel unter Spüle, Bett quietscht extrem, einige Küchenartikel fehlen, Flecken auf Bettzeug

There's a big gab in the shower, so a lot of water coming out.

Clean, good facilities, everything you need for a short stay. Breakfast was plentiful and good.

There must have been a pipe or something the other side of the main room wall - it was so hot that we had to keep the window open and fans on when we were there, and this was in January. Cannot imagine how unbearable that would be in the summer!

В нашем номере протекал унитаз. И душевая кабина некомфортная. Вода выливалась на пол. Приходилось самостоятельно ее вытерать

Actually nothing first of all we booked for two single bed which there was just one bed you couldn’t call even bed I managed to talk to them I just witnessed ignorance and after all we noticed central heating not working it’s hard to explain it was hell .I don’t recommend it to anyone please

Location was fine. Easy to check in. Bathroom was extremely nice! And it was nice the two beds were separated by a wall!

Very flexible and helpful when we needed a different room. The second option was perfect and I would book that room again next time I come to Paris. I can really recommend it

It was a small room and very hot / stuffy with a small window that opened internally into a bird infested area. The photos of the room didnt reflect the room we stayed in

Location was very convenient and central. Rooms were clean on arrival, and were as described. Host was prompt to reply to queries.

Quite small and cramped - not really for 3 people. The 3rd bed was located right by the kitchen and toilet. Smell of cigarettes in the entrance of the non-smoking apartment.
