Beautiful condo, great communication with the owners and perfect location! We would definitely stay there again.

We had an amazing time in this wonderful place. Everything involved was seamless. The condo was amazing, quiet, clean, and welcoming. I know Grand Lake isn’t really a big secret, but this place was right on the Boardwalk, walking distance to everything, including the Lake. I can’t wait to go back. You can’t find a nicer host couple than Michael and Beth. They were so kind and considerate the entire week we were there. Thank you!

Our condo was excellent accommodations. We found nothing wrong with it. The location was perfect for walking out the door and checking out the town. There is also an excellent coffee shop right downstairs.

This is one of the most well equipped kitchens I have ever seen! I highly recommend staying here for the kitchen, great location, and comfort. 10/10!

We took family visiting from New York to Grand Lake for a few days. This condo worked perfectly for the 4 of us. We had an unexpected snow storm and the host was kind enough to let us stay a few extra hours until the plows cleared the roads.

My parents were visiting CO and wanted to do something different, but still be in the mountains. The condo was gorgeous, spacious, and completely updated. I wish we had been prepared to spend more time at the place, because it was so perfect.

We have stayed in multiple condos in Grand Lake and this is by far the nicest! Great location, walk to shops and restaurants. Coffee shop on the main floor of the building. High end finishes, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, TV in every room, amazing views of Mount Baldy off the balcony. The owners were very responsive. This will be our first choice when we return.

The condo is gorgeous and seems completely new. It was spacious and had everything we needed for our family's stay. The location is also perfect with it being right on the main street (Grand Ave.) and walking distance to everything. Guests should know there isn't cable or satellite tv for network and sports channels - I think it was Roku or Fire TV (not sure) - but we were able to connect our smartphone and cast to the TV to watch football. It's not a big deal, but might be important to some. Michael and Beth were great at making sure everything went smoothly and we would definitely recommend staying here.

What could be better than a coffee shop just downstairs? Super convenient to the lake and only about 5 minute drive to the RMNP West Entrance. Host should advertise the short 5 minute walk (.2 mi) to EV Chargers (ChargePoint). Condo was well laid out, very nicely furnished and with plenty of linens, housewares and basic supplies to make our stay relaxing and very enjoyable! THANK YOU!

The residence location was amazing, and the check in seamless. The residence was exactly as described, relaxing, extremely clean, and quiet. We had a wonderful mini vacation here and the balcony was so pleasant after hiking and exploring the town. It was unusual residence for a Grand Lake vacation. I have been visiting hiking and playing in Grand Lake for 35 years plus and kind of expect a rustic, funky cabin for lodging. This residence was the exact opposite!! I Would highly recommend this unit.

This is a lovely and well-appointed condo located right along Grand Ave. You can easily walk to all the shops, restaurants and Grand Lake—they are all right outside your door. The two large bedrooms (king/queen) had comfortable beds, nice pillows and large windows to let in the mountain air. Each bedroom had a large closet (with hangers) and the primary closet had a safe. There were two bathrooms with large showers. The kitchen was very well-stocked with dishes, glassware, silverware and enough pots and pans to easily cook meals (we did!). There was a Keurig and a welcome basket on the kitchen counter with a few coffee pods, granola bars and other snacks. It was a very nice touch and appreciated. The large dining room table sat eight and the kitchen counter sat an additional four. There was a very nice laundry room with a BIG washer/dryer, a plastic bin with beach towels and sand toys and ample space to store our luggage.We packed laundry pods (none provided). The living room had a comfy pull-out couch, two leather recliners and a big flat-screen TV. The patio off the living room had three Adirondack chairs, a table for four and a gas grill (which we used). The patio was a great place to relax & enjoy the view. We even had a covered parking spot in the building (you never know when a hail storm might pass thru). Unit is perfect for a family or two couples. We will be back. The owners were super responsive and made everything run smoothly.

This lovely condo was located in the heart of Grand Lake with a side street facing balcony. Plenty of street parking and a garage space when afternoons became busy. Elevator for easy access to the third floor. Keyless entry made for easy access to unit and garage. The unit was clean spacious with fantastic bedrooms family area and kitchen. We cooked all meals in, plenty of dishes and pots for all types of food. Appliances are new and modern easy to use. The balcony had plenty of seating with Adirondack chairs and a table for meals. Sunrise breakfast and sunset drinks ( tea and cookies for us ladies) we a daily activity. We had a wonderful stay and would love to come back.

One of the best VRBO's we have ever stayed in. Very clean, well stocked and great location. Owner was very engaged in making sure we had everything we needed. Hope to stay there again.

A perfect place for a clean, comfortable stay for three cousins who needed an easy access condo for an elderly woman and one recovering from knee surgery. The Hub below was not a business that created noise or crowds that interfered with our enjoyment of the property. The Hub and the flower shop added to the charm of the place.

The property is fantastic. Showers are wonderful and beds are really comfy. It is easy to relax and unwind, this the wifi password. The patio and grill were also great to have and the view is gorgeous. You can walk to everything in Grand Lake. We also loved being able to use the garage. Everything was great.

The property was clean and well appointed. Has everything you need. The beds were comfortable with nice linens. Great communication with the managers. Nice that you have private parking on the property that is in a garage. We recommend highly!

Beautiful place all around. Clean, updated, and great location. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is very well stocked. Exactly as described. Stayed with one other couple and took advantage of RMNP over 30 miles in hiking. Make sure to check out one Love’s Margaritas and explore all things this incredible area offers.

We stayed in Grand Lake for a few nights and truly enjoyed the property. Excellent location and easy access to shopping, restaurants and the lake. Communication with the host is frequent and timely. The place has a great view, I’d comfortable and clean. Highly recommend this property!

Our trip was amazing in Grand Lake. We enjoyed the ice fishing and snowmobiles driving around! We ate at Grand Pizza and One Love Rum Kitchen which were both great. The host was very responsive with questions and helpful on suggestions. The host had a pop-up, stroller, and high chair which were great for us! The radiant heat was warm and the beds were comfy.
