Great location and facilities.

The apartment is nice and in a good location. The point of contact (not the owner) was friendly and polite and made it easy to check in.

I cannot recommend booking this apartment. When we arrived it was 32C inside. Upstairs the radiators were emitting significant heat and we had to shut them all off ourselves using the knobs attached. We contacted the owner to inform them and see what we could do to cool it. They told us there were 2 fans, however there were none. There was a dehumidifier which leaked water all over the floor. We couldn’t run it as we could have damaged the wood or had to change out a drip pan every 30 minutes. At 21:00 the temperature inside remained over 30C and mosquitoes flew in the windows we had open. We determined it would be unsafe for my pregnant sister in law and older parents to stay in constant temperatures this high and had to leave. The owner’s response was “this is not our fault you should have booked elsewhere.” Accordingly I recommend you heed their advice and do not stay here.
