The apartment was is old house. The surfaces of the apartment have been renovated. The bathroom has not been renovated, although its service life has probably ended 20 years ago. The pipes in the bathroom smell and the seams are moldy. There is no ventilation in the apartment, so the humidity in the bathroom cannot escape. The bathroom may cause allergy symptoms and should be renovated.

We booked the apartment filtering in booking.com pet friendly apartment. Afterwords I notice in second confirmation pages that it's needed to inform about pets and additional charges may apply. I inform apartment owner about two small Shetlandsheepdog. The answer was that pets are not allowed. I reply that your rules says that pets are allowed and if not we need to cancel booking because was are coming to dog competition. After this owner answer that maybe they will find solution, but there might be small extra cost. Our apartment price for week was 700€. The owner informed that the "small" extra cost is 245€, so something 33% of earlier price. I answer that we have quite different understanding what "small" means and I don't think this price is reasonable. Usually in apartments where pets are allowed, the price already included in apartment price and in hotel maximum price is ~15-20 per day. This was 35€, so I think they just thinked what is the maximum amount they could ask and it was 33%;). Now the cost of apartment per week was already 945€ , that's one month rent:) Whit this price there were one toilet paper for one week..:). So I asked if they could lower the dog cost in ~125€ so that it will be quite good for both. After this all answer was: NON-NEGOTIABLE. They have no return if cancellation. I tried to asked if they would even cancel the reservation in half price, because we weren't anymore comfortable to stay here, but anything wasn't possible. Basically they forced us to accommodation here and pay extra 245€. I think this accommodator is greedy and only reason is to get customers in and out and money to the bank account. So if you would like to get any customer service my recommendation is not to book this apartment or any other apartment from same owner. (The same apartment is in air.bnb bed&relax Gentofte.) At least I would not booked this.
